My POV: it was the next day and I went to check on Dulce and she was gone. She has been in her room all day. I started panicking because I thought she was kidnapped.

“hey you two where’s Dulce?” I shouted while I was standing in the kitchen.

“I don’t know. I didn’t talk to her since yesterday.” Aesha told me when she got up.

“Did you try calling her?” Karen questioned

I checked my phone and I saw a new text message. And it was from Dulce saying that she left early.

“She went home.” I said disappointed

“Why?” Aesha asked

“Because of Key.” I replied

“Well since today is my last day here, I’m going to hang out with SHINee.” Aesha said rushing out the door.

“Okay bye!” I waved after she shut the door.

“Guess what?” Karen asked me

“Huh?” I said

“Mike texted me last night.” She said

“Oh so did you respond to him?”

“Nope, I don’t know what to say to him.” She said while looking through her phone.

“Why don’t you just get a new number?” I brusquely said

“I can’t … I hate getting my number changed. Anyways I could just ignore him.”

“What else did he say?” I demanded

“How do you know he said anything else?”

“I don’t know.”

“He said he was coming to see me.”

“Are you happy about that?” I asked bluntly.

“NOOO! Maybe if I see him I could finally give him some closure.”

“Closure? Or do you mean getting back with him?” I said sarcastically

“NO we’re done.” She assured me

“Okay…”

Thunder’s POV: I remember Kat doing something to my phone and when I looked at it, there was a reminder that today is her birthday. I wonder what Joon is doing for her.

“What are you doing today?” I asked Joon

“I’m not sure. Why?” joon looked at me with confusion

“Oh I was just asking.”

“aww my dongseng wants to hang out with me tonight?” Joon said pinching my cheeks

“Eww no! I have friends. Gosh.” I backed away from him.

“whatever! You should hang out with me and ______ today.” Said Joon

“um no I can’t maybe next time. I have to go so have fun with her.” I immediately rushed out the door.

Dulce’s POV: I felt so bad that I left on Kat’s birthday but I couldn’t bare seeing Key for a while. Does that make me immature?

“Hey how was your vacation?” asked my mom

“It was fun, I did a lot of stuff.”

“Then why do you seem unhappy?” she noticed

“I am fine. I just miss home.”

“Wow, that’s a surprise you always tell me how much you love Koreans and how you want to spend your time with them.”

“well I did but now I need a break and to face reality.” I said with a sigh.

Key’s POV: I felt bad about what happened between me and dulce so I went to the hotel to see if she was there.

“Hey key.” Kat said when she opened the door

“Hi, is Dulce here?”

“Oh she went back home.”

“Home” I asked shocked

“Yeah but she didn’t tell me why.”

“Oh I know why.” He said with a sad expression

“What happened?” I raised my voice

“Nothing.”

Kat knew I was lying so she grabbed my collar and got into my face.

“You are going to tell me what you did to make her leave!”

For a small little girl I’m still scared of her.

“I would have thought she told you.” I said to Kat

“Oh she probably did I just don’t remember.” She squinted at me

Wow she’s a weird person I ont know how we ended up friends.

“I didn’t do anything that bad!” I tried to calm Kat down

“Sure sure. All lies.” She murmured

“Okay well I have to go.” I hurried out the door.

Narrator’s POV: Thunder went to pick up Kat.

“Thunder what are you doing here” she was surprised to see him.

“I came to hang out with you?” he replied

“I don’t feel like going out. too much is on my mind.” She said sitting on the coffee table.

Knock Knock Knock

Kat opened up the door and it was Mike standing outside.

“Karen it’s for you.” Kat shouted

“Whaaa- are you doing here?” Karen yelled when she saw him.

“Well I think you two should talk. Thunder and I have somewhere to go.” Kat grabbed Thunder’s hand her jacket and hurried out

Thunder’s POV:

“I thought you didn’t feel like going out today” I mimicked

“I didn’t but then I wanted to spend time with you so…”

“So?” I asked

“Nothing. So where are we going?” she gave me a smile

“Dinner and a movie” I told her

“eww that is such a cliché.” She said to me with a frown

“Well too bad.” I stuck my tongue out at her.

“I guess it’s the thought that counts.” She commented

Little did she know I was just messing with her. It was so unexpected for her.

MY POV: I was confused when we got to the beach.

“I thought you said dinner and a movie?” I muttered

“Well I lied to you.” Thunder grinned

“Oh so you’re a liar?” I retorted

“and you’re not?” he shot back

“you’ve got a point.” I answered

I looked around and the setting was beautiful. It was sunset and he had a table set neatly. We were sitting under a huge gazebo canopy. He had white flowers surrounding the canopy and white curtains. Also there was piano a few inches away from us. He had a guy serving us and that person happens to be Mir. I had to chuckle. The candles were vanilla scent.

“So what’s with all of this?” I said bluntly 

“It’s your birthday gift.” He mentioned

“How did you know?” I mumbled

He handed me his cell phone. “Do you recall playing with my phone?” he revealed

“Eww I feel so underdressed why didn’t you tell me?” I screamed

“Well it wouldn’t be a surprised now would it?”

“You have a point.” I sighed

“Don’t I always?” he snickered

“Yeah. so where’s the movie?” I observed

“It’s going to be projected later tonight.” He assured

“Wow! You neatly planned this out.” I grinned

“Does Joon know it’s your birthday?” he just had to bring him up.

“Um no, he usually remembers the day after.” I growled

“he wanted me to hang out but I decided to hang out with you.”

“Aww why?” I laughed

“Because …”

“What?”

“Just because…” he didn’t want to tell me.
