A soulmate is your other half;

a mirror that reflects you perfectly and reveals all your faults and flaws,

tears down your wall,

shakes you awake.

A soulmate breaks your heart open so new light can come in,

shakes you up to change your life.

But sometimes, soulmates are just meant to be in each other's lives for that very reason.

Soulmates are there to hold your hand and guide you through life,

until you find your one true love who can take you the rest of the way.

Maybe, in another lifetime, the soulmates can be in love,

But just not in this one.
