I was left with a good bye letter and an mp3player. Jackson, you didn’t even know me and you know it. You turn to me to be the bearer of bad news. I haven’t read your letter yet, but I know that you didn’t leave because of an accident. Why did you leave me with the letter? Why Jackson?

          I unfolded the letter with shaking hands. My name was clearly written on the top of the paper. Your crappy handwriting made it harder to read. I took a deep breath before reading it. I was not prepared for this. I do not want to be the person that knows what happened to you. I don’t want this Jackson.

‘Dear Mark,

                   You are wondering why you have gotten this package right. I noticed you, Yi Eun. I saw you at the parties. I saw you at Jaebum’s house freshman year. You played a big role in this Yi Eun. No, I’m not blaming you. I could never blame you. I should start explaining the mp3 player. On the mp3 player, you should find seven tracks. Each one is one step closer to finding out what truly happened.

          I thought that you of all people could possibly still like me. You never did anything wrong to me. You never looked my way either. We only shared classes. We were more or less strangers.
