Chapter Four
The Fallen AngelJenny sat in her bed and lowered down her head. I sat down beside her, making sure I did not pass through the bed or else, I'll find my head above the bed and my feet on the ceiling below. Fortunately, and unexplainably, I did just fine. "Go to sleep now," I instructed her, as if she could hear me.
"Can you hear me Seung Hyun?" she asked, looking up as she did so.
"Seung Hyun? Again?!" I asked out loud, my eyebrows creasing in irritation.
"I've had a not so nice day today. It's because I thought I saw you walking behind me. I felt excited and happy... and hopeful... even though I know it's impossible. I even thought I would finally wake up from this nightmare. I guess... I guess I just miss you that much."
I stared at her amazed at how much she thinks of her dead fiancé. "You love him that much, don't you?" I asked her.
"Tell me Seung Hyun... tell me... how to...," she paused, resting her forehead on both her hands. She remained silent for a long while. I shifted uncomfortably on my side of the bed. Waiting for her to finally will her self to sleep seemed like eternity.
"Had she always talked to him like this?" I asked as if I'm waiting for Daniel to answer me.
I looked at her as I tried to think of ways on how I could possibly put her to sleep. I don't have any magic spells or powers I could use to shut her eyes close and I'm not so sure if I could touch her, in the sense that I could rub her forehead or something, so that she could finally rest. I tried to touch her hair with my index finger. And... it just went throu
