Prologue
The Fallen AngelI opened my eyes, thanking God for another day. Then I slowly realized that I'm in an unfamiliar place because I could see clouds from where I was lying. "Since when did I have an open sky roof?" I muttered to myself. I slowly sat and scanned my surroundings, absorbing every nook and cranny.
Except that... there was no nook or cranny.
Everything was white... endless white.
I walked towards what seemed to be a ray of light. As I got nearer, the light seemed to get brighter. I could not see anything from beyond it. I stopped a few inches and was suddenly blinded... it was as if I was absorbed by it.
I took a peek before I completely opened my eyes. I was aghast seeing the number of people in this place. They were all dressed in white, though there were no two styles similar with each other. Some were dancing, some were singing, and some were talking cheerfully with each other. There were even kids running around, obviously playing. But what really caught my attention was their faces. "Why do they all look the same?" I asked myself. I was starting to get scared when I suddenly realized that there is another question more pressing than their similarly looking faces.
