KARA Nicole's "Danish" Diet Menu

Kara's Nicole claimed that she lost more than 3kg by sticking to the Denmark diet. Denmark diet, which is known as a Royal "Danish" diet, is a very strict high protein and low calorie diet that lasts for 14 days/2 weeks. The majority of the diet plan is composed of animal protein and black coffee.
DAY 1:
Breakfast - 3 hard boiled eggs, 1 grapefruit, 1 toast, black coffee
Lunch - 1 hard boiled egg, 1 toast, black coffee
Dinner - 3 hard boied eggs, Vegetable salad (lettuce, cucumber with lemon juice)
DAY 2:
Breakfast - 1 hardboiled egg, 1 grapefruit, black coffee
Lunch - 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 grapefruit, 1 toast, black coffee
Dinner - Beef steak (200g), vegetable salad, black coffee
DAY 3:
Breakfast - 1 hard boiled egg, 1 grapefruit, black coffee
Lunch - Vegetable salad, 1 grapefruit, 1 toast, black coffee
Dinner - 1 hard boiled egg, 1 chicken , black coffee
DAY 4:

DAY 5:

Dinner - Beef steak (200g), celery, tomato, black coffee
DAY 7:
Breakfast - 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 grape fruit, black coffee
Lunch - Chicken , celery, tomato, 1 grapefruit, black coffee
Dinner - 1 chicken , tomato, 1 grapefruit, steamed cabbage, black coffee
