F(x)'s Victoria was once reported to drink red bean water before every meal. The red bean water is very popular in Korea, especially because BigBang's T.O.P did the same as well to lose weight. The red bean water is known to keep you full longer, so you have to eat less. It also helps reduce craving and bloating.
THE RECIPE WILL ONLY LAST FOR ABOUT 3-4 DAYS:
1. Wash 60g of red beans in water thoroughly, then soak the red beans in 900g of water for 10 hours
2. After 10 hours, boil the mixture
