Breakfast:
-You can drink a glass of milk or have some banana or any fruit. Do not skip any meals because it will just make you eat more meals. If you have no time for breakfast, just bring a banana with you instead.
Lunch:
-A bottle of water and veggies
Dinner:
-A cup of rice and some veggies
Others:
-Yuri enjoys bananas, bell tomatoes, cabbage, chicken , milk and sweet potatoes. You have to work out 1 hour per day.
