Author Diet Update
Compilation Of Kpop Diets and Menus and WorkoutsSo recently I have been on a diet while I wasn't able to update any of the stories and compilations I have here. While I was on a diet, I was doing the banana and milk diet while also drinking green tea. And as I have said before I weighed 54kg before I was on a diet and by doing the banana and milk diet I have lost 2kg which made me weigh 52kg and by drinking green tea every afternoon for 3 days straight made me loose 1kg which now makes me weigh 51kg. I have also been doing the SNSD workout routine. The exercises I do there are for Tiffany, Yuri, Yoona, Sooyoung, Hyoyeon and Sunny's exercises. I also do Sistar's diet in which I do Bora and Soyou's exercises. But I stopped doing diets when November and December came, and as now I have gained 5kg. Which makes me now weigh 56kg. By January I'll be doing the workout routines I've been doing and continue on with the banana and milk diet since that is easiest for me to do.
