Father and Son

A/N: Due to insistent public demand (LOL), I am updating this. It was long overdue, I know. Enjoy.

"Come in." The senior Choi ordered as soon as he heard the knock at the door. He was in his office at his home.

The door squeeked as it opened, revealing THE BOY Mr. Choi referred to during his heated discussion with his son. His son... His son who is now fighting for his life at the hospital because of THIS BOY.

"Annyeonghaseyo, Uncle." Kyuhyun bowed 90 degrees. He dared himself to meet his boyfriend's father. He knew he had to. Even if it wasn't the right time yet. For him... For Siwon.

"So I see that you came back after all." Mr. Choi said as soon as he saw his visitor. "You are a very persistent and hard-headed young man."

"With all due respect, Uncle, I know by now you know that Stella was the one who convinced me to come home and told me everything. I didn't come here for anything else, but for Siwon. For your son who is lying in the hospital still unconscious..."

"I know that, Kyuhyun."

"I know that, uncle. But why? Why haven't you visited him yet? Why have you not come and take a look at how your only son has been doing when you certainly know that we... you might lose him anytime?"

"Cho Kyuhyun, you don't have the right to ask or tell me that! You don't know anything!" The older Choi's voice was once again louder and stern, like how Kyuhyun  remembered it to be.

"You maybe right. I do not know anything. But sir, I only know one thing..." Kyuhyun was trying so hard to fight back his tears. He didn't want to break down and appear weak in front of Siwon's father. He had to be strong. Strong for Siwon. This was the only thing he can do for the love of his life now. And he knew that it would help Siwon a lot to hear his father's voice. "I know that Siwon has always adored you. He loves you, even after all that has happened. He has always talked highly of you when we were together that's why I know he loves his father so much..."

Kyuhyun's words were slowly touching the older Choi's heart. Flashes of how he held Siwon in his arms when he was little was starting to appear in his head.

"So, please, Uncle. I am begging you. Visit Siwon. Come and talk to him. I know he'd hear you and maybe.. maybe it will help him to wake up faster..." Kyuhyun's voice was cracking. He was trembling.
