God's Gifts"Appa! Oh my! I miss you so much!" Taemin exclaimed as he have his dearest Appa the biggest hug he could afford with his long arms. It was always such a cheerful and warm sight. Not all fathers and sons would bond as greatly as these two. Having worked for Mr Choi Jung Hoon, she knew that behind his almightyness was actually a very warm person full of love and compassion.
"Aigoo...Taemin-ah! How long has it been? You're now 24! Act like your age, my son. What would Krystal think of you," the older son ruffled his son's hair eyeing at Krystal who was dumbfounded by what she had just heard. Would her opinion even mean anything? The youngsters would never be able to guess what he was implying at. His childish yet matured son would be too ignorant and his ex-PA would be too shy to even voice out her thoughts but work diligently.
Looking back, at times, he wondered what would have happened if he hadn't made that decision? People would claim him so successful and blessed but behind all a man's success was actually a woman. Which woman, they might ask but only a handful would which woman he holds on dearly to. His Appa's mind must have wondered somewhere else. He had known for a long time what was troubling his old man. He just hopes that one day God would grant their prayers of a happy family. Money isn't everything they need and want.
"Appa, let's celebrate our success and my return with prayers and a simple dinner just for us too. I will cook the main dish and you will bake the desserts. Let's set the kitchen on fire, ara?" Taemin rubbed his Appa's stomach lovingly while pouting to get his attention.
"Set the kitchen on fire? Yah, don't you know that most famous chefs are men? Thank you for bringing me back," Jung Hoon smiled. Bringing him back meant that Taemin was bringing him back into reality. His mind had been severely bothered lately.
