The day went off smoothly. Luckily, the students here are not as worse as those from my past school. I don't think anyone would want to stalk or bully me here :)
I wanted to check out the mall but then I realized it would be boring if I don't have anyone to go with. So I decided to go to the park. It was good that this is a small community, even though I'm new here, I know I won't get lost easily.
I went to the small park. Many students were there. Only they were elementary students... that I still haven't found a friend. I seated at an old bench near the kids. They were so carefree. So playful. So driven. So happy. I miss being like that. I don't know if my life will be ever like that again...
"Excuse me. Can I seat beside you?" I girl's voice interrupted my thoughts.
Oh no no.
Hey miss, don't you dare fall for me!
I don't want any girl to like me. Can't she just seat anywhere else? I looked around and noticed there were only 3 benches in this park. One was where an guy was selling ice cream so the kids flocked around that bench. The second was where an sweet old couple were seated. And of course, mine would be the best place to seat on.
"Ahem!" She purposely cleared .
"Ah yes, sorry I've been blanking out." I scratched the back of my head...
Omo! I should stop doing those things. I dropped my hand and placed it on top of my bag. I sat properly and moved farther away. Though it was pretty useless because the bench was really small. I think it was really meant for kids to sit on >.<
There was an awkward silence. I pretended to seriously watch the kids. She just kept playing some games with her phone. Now that I look at her, isn't she the girl from our class? Not just a normal girl. But the girl who came late. The girl who came in with six other boys. The girl who shouted "Sorry we're late!" across the classroom.
Why why does she look so different now? She looks... more... feminine? NO! She looks more childish xD She actually looks like a kid now. I even noticed her pouting at her phone whenever she would lose a turn in her game.
