Tough Love10 years later
Minah has grown up from a child to an 18 year old teen. She is still living in the orphanage. Mrs Han feels that Minah cannot stay in the orphanage for very long, as the age restriction is from birth till 18 only. While Minah is attending classes in her university, Na Young and Mrs Han have a talk. "Na Young, the reason why I called you here is because of Minah," she said.
"What about her? Did she do anything wrong?" asked Na Young.
"No, nothing like that. She is a sweet and kind child. I like her very much. But I feel that it is time for her to leave this orphanage, as you know that this place can only keep children from birth to 18, unless they are adopted. Once they reach that age, they must move out," Mrs Han explained.
"Yes, I know, ma'am. But it's also sad that I'm losing the child I love the most," Na Young sighed. "I treated Minah as my own daughter since she came to us. I feel bad seeing her leave this place."
"Yes, I know, my dear. I can see that you love her so much," said Mrs Han. "But this is nothing I can do."
"How much more days she has here, ma'am?" asked Na Young.
"She only has one week to stay before she leaves," Mrs Han replied. Then, she dismissed Na Young from her office. As she watch the children play in the garden, she started to feel worried about telling Minah that she has to leave the orphanage.
When Minah got home in the evening, she slump down on the chair as she watched the TV with the other teens. They were watching a group of four handsome guys singing on stage and some of the girls watching were squealing with excitement. "Who are they?" Minah asked. "Don't you know who they are? They're Kyu Line, the world's famous Kpop group in all of Asia," one teen replied.
"Minho is so handsome. How I wish I could attend their concert," another teen said, gluing her eyes onto the TV.
"You wish. Their concert costs a bomb."
"I like Changmin better."
~Minah's POV~
Heh! Those girls are so addicted to that Kyu Line group. I got up and left the living room to do my homework.
As Minah was doing her homework, Na Young tap her shoulder. Minah look up and smile at her favorite carer. "Unnie," she called.
"Annyong, sweetheart. How was class?" Na Young asked.
"It was fine. I'm learning quite well," Minah replied.
Na Young chuckled. Then, she held her hand. "Can you pause your work for a minute? There's something I need to tell you." Minah put down her work and face Na Yo
