Choah felt like her body is made from titanium. But instead of sporting a superman outfit and styling her hair into a cowlick, she felt like absolute . Lying on her back with her arms and legs spread out across the practice room floor, the dull ache she felt in her joints was starting to grow more pronounced as the minutes passed. Her eyelids felt heavy; she’s tuning the music out. Even if it’s from Alicia Keys, and God knows how much she loves her voice. She’s sure that if she doesn’t get up soon, she will probably spend the night in SM’s practice room again.
Choah pushes her body up, facing the mirror installed into the practice room. The lights are dim enough that Choah has to squint her eyes a little, but she takes a long hard look at herself. Choah thought that she might be looking at another person in the mirror; one with dull and tired eyes and less flesh on her cheeks than she could first recognize.
