Hello ^_^
My name is DamnThatDubu, and I am an author, but I am also an avid fanfiction reader.
Throughout my exploring of shops, I have noticed that the reviewers are more reviewing as authors, and not as readers. Well, my reviews are going to be based on my thoughts as a reader, and not an author.
Warning: I am much tougher of a reader than I am an author.

Like every other shop, I do have rules.
Rules:
1. Put on something nice.
2. Don't be nervous
3. Just be yourself.
Heh heh.. kidding... get it? it was a joke ... ;___; Okay, I am a dork, and I do have a sense of humor, so just keep that in mind while reading.
ACTUAL RULES:
1. Please be patient. I am an Honors/AP Student, currently trying my best to get into an Ivy League, and you can imagine how much work that is. If you pester me, I do have the right to DENY your request. I'll usually get them done within a week. If I take longer than 3, feel free to pester me.
2. Do not bash or badmouth me if you don't like my review. I took the time to do it, so be grateful. Even if you don't like your grade, I gave you an honest review, please respect that.
3. Please at least place your review or review link somewhere in your fanfic. Once again, I am busy, and I take the time to do this. I don't care if you give it a chapter, a place in your Author's note, or in your forward, just do it. I will check.
4. Adding to rule number 3: CREDIT MY REVIEW. Please. "Credits to DamnThatDubu's request shop" won't take up that much space.
5. I do review rated fics. But, just know that i would prefer not to. Not because it would make me uncomfortable, but because I will still grade using the same rubric, and if its just hardcore , it'll recieve a VERY low score.
6. If you decide you DON'T want a review, PLEASE tell me within 48 hours. I don't want to waste my time for nothing.
7. SUBSCRIBE. It's frustrating if I give you help and you don't even subscribe.
8. After you've read and picked up your review, drop a comment!
9. Be reasonable with your chapters. If it's over 55, I will probably read the first 15 and then review your story. Don't complain if I do that.
10. YOU ARE MOST DEFINATELY ALLOWED TO REQUEST REVIEWS FROM OTHER PEOPLE TOO. I know some shops say don't, but I'm perfectly okay with it haha
Break any rules, and you'll be landed on the blacklist.
It would be helpful if you:
1. Told me if English wasn't your first language. I won't judge the grammar as bad.

Poster/Background [-/5]
ONLY ICLUDED IF YOU ACTUALLY HAVE A POSTER. Basically, does it do your story justice.
Forward/Description [-/5]
This is important, but isn't worth a lot. I know a lot of people have different styles of what to put in forwards, and I respect that. Basically, I'm judging on if I would still be interested after I've read it.
Plot [ -/ 30]
This is the most important part. How original your plot is, how realistic your plot is, how much sense does it make. Would I be interested or bored.
Writing Style [-/10]
This isn't really a concrete explanation. Writing styles will ALWAYS varry, and I am judging on how well your style fits with the plot.
Flow [-/15]
Does your story go too fast, too slow, and again, does this part make sense.
Characterization [-/15]
Are your characters really characters, or are they just there? I'm talking about their habits, and how well you explain who the characters REALLY are.
Ending [-/10]
WILL ONLY BE INCLUDED IF YOUR STORY IS FINISHED. Does the ending make sense, or was it just too fluffy? I am pretty harsh on this part.
Grammar/Spelling [-/10]
I am a total grammar snob. If I could make this worth 100, I would. Sadly, I cannot. This score is pretty self explanitory.
Overall Enjoyment [-/5]
A lot of Reviewers make this worth more, but, its merely my opinion, so I wouldn't make it so harsh. If I like your story, you get a 4. If I loved it, you get a 5. Meh, you get a three. Oh dear- you get a 2. And if your story absolutely made me want to tear my eyeballs out, you get a one. Seriously, I doubt anyone will get lower than a three.
