Soomin POV

I wake up this morning thinking of Ailee. It would be one of the few moments, she would be ready in time. She is only in time when she has a date well it wasn't a date but for her it was.

I take a shower, brush my teeth and make my breakfast as my mom wasn't up. I hear someone knocks. I open the door to face Ailee jumping of happiness.

Here we go.

"What take you so long to be ready ?" Ailee said. 

"It's you who tell me that. You who is always late."

We walk in and sit on the table.

"Go ahead." I said and take a bit of bacon.

She explains what she did and didn't. Surprisingly, it didn't take a lot of time. Only 30 minutes. Anyways, we were still a bit late.

"LEO !!! HYORIN !!!" She said when she saw them walking together.

They look back and we catch them. Certainly, Ailee said how happy she is. We walked in the school and separated to walk towards our locker.

"Did you had the chance to talk with Ailee this morning ?" Leo said while leaning on the locker beside of mine.

"Unfortunately. Sometimes, I would like if she could make it short."

"I think I could finally not hear her story."

"Cuz Hyorin is there." I said and he noded.

"It depends of when she would say it."

We join Ailee and Hyorin in class. We sit as the bell rings.

"A little more and we were late." I say to Ailee.

"But we weren't and we find place to sit together." She said and stick her tongue.

"Guys, I have something for you." Mr.Lee said and put his book on the table. "You are going to do a project in team of two."

Everyone gets excited and make already their team.

"When I said you will do your own team."

"Oh~." They all whine.

"Come one, guys. You're too much." Mr. Lee says. "I will say the team and explain the work." He says and take a paper on his desk. "...Yuri and Ailee...Hyorin and Insoo...Soomin and Daehyun...Suzy and Jimin..Jihoon and Leo..."

"Poor you." I said to Ailee.

She was looking up and down at Yuri.

"I think I won't do this project." She said.

She raised her hand.

"No change of partner." Mr. Lee said.

She lowered her hand.

"I want to be with Jihoon instead." Ailee said.

"I know. I know." I said and she pouts.

Then, the teacher explain the work to do.

Lunch time finally came. Ailee, Leo, Hyorin and I sit on the table.

"Aren't you going to talk about your babysit ?" Hyorin asks.

Ailee smiles.

"Not now. I don't want people hear my beautiful story." She said and chuckles.

"Ey~" I said.

"Hey~ You're going to work with Insoo." Ailee told to Hyorin. "Be aware of his girlfriend, Jisoo, she is a bit possessive."

"Really ? She not seems to be in school." Hyorin said perplex.

"You will do the project in a group of three not of two." I said.

She looks at me confused.

"If you have the chance to go in Insoo's place she would be there. Always." Ailee continues for me.

"Then, it should be fun." She smirks.

"I like that." Ailee said and high five Hyorin.

"Ailee, how are you going to do the work with Suzy."

"I'm not with her it is Jimin." She tried not to said it loud but it didn't work.

"Whoi is your teammate ?" Hyorin asked.

"Yuri." She groaned.

"Do you lose the ability to speak ?" Hyorin asked to Leo.

"When he's team up with someone who isn't us, he's mad for the day and following days. Don't bother him."

"At least, Jihoon is a guy."

He gets up and leave the cafeteria.

"Do you think he would be mad if it was me ?" Hyorin asks.

Ailee and I glance a each other, look at Hyorin and shook our head.

"Why ?" Ailee asks smiling widely.

"Well, it's been one week I'm here."

"Right now, you and Leo are good friend."

"Are you serious ? When, we got to school I'm the only one who is speaking like I was crazy. It's the same thing when we got home."

"Leo is always like this."

"Ok." Hyorin said. "By the way, today, we have to go to the *Delicious Cafe*."

"Why ?" I ask.

"I need to know what happened to Ailee yesterday." She said while glancing at Ailee.

"Yah~ !!! I love this idea." Ailee said excited.

The time flew by since then. The last class dismiss. I go to my locker to get my stuff. From afar, I see Suzy leaned on my locker.

How she made the way before me when I was the first to leave the class...She wasn't with me in the last class. That's how much I care of her.

"Can you please move of my locker ?" I said as I was near of her.

She stepped aside. If she did that it's because she would bother me or say something harsh. Maybe the two in the same time.

"Are you annoyed by the fact I'm team up with Jimin ?" She said smiling evilly.

I try to remind me what Ailee told me since the new year of school.

"Why would I ?" I open my locker.

"Now, I have time to try to flirt with Jiminie."

"I already told you that he doesn't want a girlfriend."

"It's because I didn't have the chance to be close with him."

"The last time, I see you and him close it's when you were kissing. It's a way, I think, to be really close. It never changes since then."

She walks away annoyed that I wasn't jealous. Ailee came to me as Suzy leaves.

"What happened ?" She said pointing at Suzy.

"She came to make me feel jealous."

"Tell me you said you weren't."

"I told her that she could try hard to seduce him and that I didn't care of her unrequited love and she can do what she wants." I partially lied.

"I like that. I like that."

I smiled satisfied of me.

"I'm ready to go. Where's Hyorin ?" I said.

"I came for that. I thought she was with you."

"Then, we shou-."

"Ailee ! Soomin !" I was cutting off by Hyorin running towards us.

"Where were you ?" Ailee asks.

"I asked to Leo if he wanted to come with us."

"He said no and that why he isn't with you now."

"Actually, he said yes."

We look at her surprised and confuse.

"How ?" We said in same time.

"I just ask. He takes a few time before agreeing."

"It has never happened before." Ailee said.

"Where is he ?" I ask.

"He picks up his things."

"It just me or I don't understand how she did that." Ailee told me.

I shrugged my shoulders.

Leo came up out of nowhere. We look at him waiting for him to talk but quickly we knew he wouldn't say something. The four of us leave school heading to the Delicious Cafe.

"Are you here to help me ?" My mom asked when we walk in the kitchen.

"Sorry mom. Not this time."

"I will." Leo said and raised his hand.

"Good." My mom said happily.

Ailee, Hyorin and I leave them as we walk in front of the Cafe. We take sits where they have not a lot of person.

"Here we go." I said.

I listen to Ailee's story for a second time.

"It's cute." Hyorin said excited.

"I think too." Ailee said.

"Please Ailee. You're too much." I said.

"It's not that I want to change the subject but I want to ask you something." Hyorin said.

"What is it ?" I ask.

"Can both of you go shopping with me tomorrow ?"

"Ailee and shopping, it makes one." Ailee said.

"I want too. It been a long time I didn't go shopping since Ailee were in the States."

"Hold up ! Don't tell me you didn't go shopping all of the summer."

"Three or four times and it was with my mom. Not funny at all."

"I met some John, Sean, Thomas, Chris, etc.." Ailee said.

"Instead tell me who you didn't met."

"Funny." She stick out her tongue.

Leo and Hyorin leave home together. I came back home with my mom and Ailee. We drop Ailee in front of her house. Minutes later, we walk in our house.

"You know Leo is really gentleman." My mom said.

I look at her confused.

"Today, Leo was really in bad mood." I said.

"He told me that he was in bad mood." She said. "Did he tells you why he came with you ?" She said excited.

"No~. Why ?"

"He said because he didn't want to let Hyorin alone in the bus and walk alone in the night. It's so cute."

"Oww~." I said.

Leo is so thoughtful.
