Baekhyun snapped his eyes open to find himself at the bottom of a dark staircase, which lead up.

for some reason, he wasn't afraid. He felt the opposite. It was as if the darkness was calling him.

without looking back once, he began making his way up. Each step creaked loudly as he stepped on them. The darkness surrounded him as he went further up.

several moments passed, and he started to see something...

it looked like some sort of candle. And it was.

the little flame danced gracefully on the wick as wax visibly melted and trickled down the 6-inch candle.

without picking up his pace, Baekhyun approached what seemed to be waiting for him.

when he finished the last step, he realized that someone was holding the candle. The person's hand covered with hot candle-wax as he held tightly onto the red stick.

"...Luhan?" Baekhyun whispered when he reached him.

Luhan stared at him. then something wierd happened.

...his eyes were..coming out of their sockets...no, they're melting out of their sockets.

Baekhyun's jaw dropped when Luhan's hair began to melt.

then his face.

then his entire body.

when Luhan was only just a big puddle of melted skin, bones, and flesh, the candle didn't drop with him. it stayed in place.

Baekhyun tried to back away to avoid getting any Luhan on him, only to slip on a step and tumble back down the dark staircase.

as he went down, he saw Youkyoung...holding a bloody umbrella. the one she had on he day of her death.

at first, she held it like on a rainy day, then she aimed the sharp bloody tip at him.

Baekhyun could no longer breath when the umbrella went right through his neck-

"NO!!!" Baekhyun sat up, wide awake.

he was back in his room. it was morning, and cold.

"just a nightmare..." he sighed in relief.

"Baekhyun-ah, did something happen?" He heard his mother holler from downstairs. Apparently, his scream had reached the entire house.
