CH 2

♦The Coffee Princes♦

ch 2

Luhan waited patiently as the old lady in front of him was trying to collect the money to pay for the drink. "I know I have a some money somewhere..." She looked through her little coin purse, getting frustrated at not being able to find anything.  "I am so sorry for this." The elder frowned.

"No no it's fine halmeoni." Luhan smiled sweetly, "This will be on the house. No charge."

"Are you sure?" The grandma tilted her head.

Luhan nodded, "Yes, it is perfectly fine. Please just enjoy your visit and the coffee."

"Oh you sweet boy." She gave thankful smile and tapped Luhan's hand, "You are a fine gentleman, you're girlfriend must be very happy." The grandma then left.

"I actually don't have a girlfriend..." Luhan stated but the old lady was already gone to find a seat. He sighed. It's going to be a long day. It was only the moring and already Luhan was feeling tired. He placed his head on the counter and sighed once again.

"Excuse me?" Luhan heard a soft but gentle voice.

"Oh, I'm..." Luhan paused, "sorry..." In front of him was the most stunning Luhan has ever seen walk into the café. It wasn't like she was dressed from head to toe in jewels, but the young women was... something else. Her sleek jet black hair framed her beautiful face. She was pretty no gorgeous, not a girl but a young lady.

"Uh..." Was all that Luhan could mutter.

The young women raised one eyebrow perfectly, "Is it a bad time to order?" She asked with a bit of amusement in her tone.

"Yes..." Luhan shook his head, "I mean no. It is not a bad time to order something." He coughed. What is wrong with you Luhan? "What would  you like?" He finally got to asking.

She chuckled slightly and offered a smile, which Luhan thought looked rather well on her. "I would like a Macchiato with just a bit more extra shaved cocoa to-go."

Luhan held the notepad in one hand and a pen in the other, but not moving. No one has ever ordered something like a 'Macchiato', better yet Luhan didn't even know what that was. "I'm sorry miss but I don't think we have that-"

"We do." Xiumin cut in, "It's like an espresso but with foamed milk and shaved cocoa, I'll get it started on it for you..." He trailed on, trying to hint for the mystery lady's name.

"Sunhi, Kwang Sunhi." She stated.

"Alright thank you Sunhi-ssi. Luhan write down her order." Xiumin whispered the last part to his friend.

"Yes... right." Luhan scribbled down the order and Sunhi's name and gave the paper to Xiumin. "That would be..." Luhan wasn't sure how much the macchiato would be.

"It would be around 3,500 won. Since for an medium coffee is 3,000 won and the extra cocoa is 500 won." Sunhi couldn't help but giggle, covering .

Luhan has never been so dumbfounded by a women, better yet lose all sense of his gentlemaness in one minute. He collected himself, "Yes, thank you. That would be 3,500 won." He offered a his winning smile, hoping to cover up his stupidness.

Sunhi smiled a real toothy smile, "Okay." She wiped out a leather wallet from her bag and took out a card. Luhan took the card and swiped it, he couldn't help but notice the company logo on the card. He didn't know what company it was, but it looked impressive. "Alright, you're drink will be ready soon Sunhi-ssi." Luhan handed the card back.

Sunhi grabbed the card, her fingers slightly brushing against Luhan's. "Thank you." She wiped her long black hair back and gave small smile. "I'm sure you're girlfriend must be very happy." Sunhi didn't hear the conversation before with the old lady.

"I actually don't have a girlfriend." Luhan stated quickly, not even knowing why he would tell a total stranger like Sunhi that. His face was slightly pink. Something about Sunhi made Luhan wanted to tell her that he was very single.

"Well... I'm sure you're future girlfriend will be happy." Sunhi smiled one more time.

"Here's your drink Sunhi-ssi." Xiumin came behind Luhan and handed her the macchiato.

"Thank you." She took a small sip of it and nodded slowly. "It's very good." She bowed slightly, "Have a nice day." Then out she went. Luhan watched as Sunhi walk out the doors gracefully in her heels.

Luhan and Xiumin just stood there for a moment, amazed at a lady like Sunhi. "Who was that women?" Suho, another barista, snapped the two out of their daze.

"I don't know. But she knows her coffee." Xiumin raised both eyebrows.

Luhan nodded slowly, not even knowing what to say. Whoever Kwang Sunhi was, the next time she came around Luhan would be prepared.

AUTHOR'S NOTE.
Don't I update quickly? Hehe~ In this chapter Prince Luhan meets the mysterious beauty Kwang Sunhi! Sunhi is actually the oldest out of all the girls and she is one of my most interesting characters. I was honestly going to make a more innocent character for Luhan's love interest but then I thought that NOPE, let's make a more y but quiet character. My chapters aren't usually this short but for now they are. Maybe later on I'll write longer chapters~
