Day 4 to Day 7
Life Style ChangeMonday: around 1300 kcal
Tuesday: around 1700kcal
Wednesday: around 1400 kcal
Thursday: around 1100 kcal (I know... But I had to stayback at school I had a late lunch)
-I drank 3 cups of green tea everyday except on Thursday because I accidently slept too early
-ate tons of tangerines/mandarin oranges
Exercises:
-some stretchings to increase my flexibility
Note: I go to school at 8am and return at 3.30pm... I ate breakfast at home and pack another breakfast which is the same thing I ate to school and ate it at 10.40am.... I ate my lunch when I arrive at home which is around 4pm...
I updated early!!! We don't have school today so my mom allowed me to use the internet... Wooohooo!!!!!
