Life Style Change

Breakfast (7.15a.m):

Green juice (I don't remember the ingredients

Blackpepper chicken wrap (410 kcal)

 

Brunch (11.00a.m):

Soto ayam (219 kcal)

 

Lunch (4.00p.m):

Deep fried battered shrimp 15 pieces (275 kcal)

Honey oat bread 2 slices (178 kcal)

Cucumber 1/2 cup (8 kcal)

 

Snacks:

Cheezels (263 kcal)

 

Total: 1,483 kcal

 

Exercises:

Marching 2 hours (lost 929 kcal)

 

 

A/N: This is dated yesterday. I had to practice marching for the award ceremony (is that what you call it??.) for students who received an award or two... I did receive one by the way... We've been practicing marching for a whole month now but this week is a little more intense since the ceremony's this Saturday... I'm exhausted and can't even talk right... My eyes are all swolen from fatigue. I need some rest but I can't sleep... I tried drinking it still won't work... Well... I guess I'll try again... Somehow... Buhbye!!,

Update I got up to 197lbs(89.5kg) may 22,2017
Now I am 165.6lbs(72.5kg). My goal is to be 144lbs(65.5kg)-150lbs(68kg).
Main weight goal: 120lbs(54.5kg)-130lbs(59kg)

Chapter 3: Used to weigh 125kg(275lbs) in 2005 now 72.72kg(160lbs) 164cm(5'4) I don't know what I did to lose 115lbs but I did.
I think I started to drink more water and eat more healthy foods I like for vegetables broccoli, spinach, squash and for fruit oranges, grapefruit, bananas and grapes. I don't like chicken, pork or fatty foods that much but seafood is my favorite thing to have.
I am American.

Chapter 22: Malaysian over here haha (: well I used to weight 59kg early this year and I'm currently 55kg after dieting for 4 months. My goal weight is 48kg and I'm hoping to reach there at the end of this year (: I know you may think I'm not that heavy or anything but in my family I weight the heaviest :/ I've been going on a simple diet I've created for myself hehe. and yes,no candy,chocolate,ice cream,cake,chips,etc. but I have some cheat meals on the weekends xP

Chapter 20: I used something once and it worked well for me but I stopped for no reason XD

Chapter 20: i only know a few

- mix brown sugar with olive oil/coconut oil and make it as scrub
- honey as mask
- put oat in warm water, toss it and take the water to smear on ur face. it would make ur skin becomes glowing. the oat itself can be made into scrub too.
- drink a lot of water, it keeps ur skin hydrated.

Chapter 3: 163 and 65 kg at start. Now I'm 164.3 and 58kg. Goal = 52 kg ;3
