Day (I don't know to be honest)
Life Style ChangeHi~!!! I'm very sorry for not updating for more than two weeks!!!
Here it is:
I only ate dinner today since I was fasting.. You know the muslim fasting? In which I eat breakfast before dawn and dinner after sunset... Well I'm a muslim... So that's what I did today... I didn't eat my breakfast though because I overslept...
Dinner (7.30p.m.):
-a few bites of chicken chop
-1/2 a small bowl of mashed potato with blackpepper gravy
-5 mini fruit tartlets
-1 chocolate doughnut
Weight: 69.7kg
During the time I didn't update I was on vacation... I weigh 68.9kg on the day I arrived back in Malaysia because I was sick on the last day of my vacation and threw up a lot... Plus... While I was on vacation I have my meals on time because the hotel only serve it at certain times... For breakfast, it's serve at 6.00a.m.... Lunch at 12.30p.m.... Supper at 5.00p.m. And dinner at 7.30p.m.... I don't really eat supper and dinner so I ate snacks like Lay's, nuts and ice cream!!!
