Breakfast (7.20am):

Snack (10.40am):
One piece of white bread with kaya (119kcal)
3 pieces of nuggets (135kcal) (SO UNHEALTHY!!!)
Lunch (4.00pm):
One bowl of bihun hailam (277kcal)
Dinner (7.00pm):
One bowl of bihun hailam (277kcal)
One cup of green tea (0kcal)
Food intake: 1211kcal
Exercise:
Danced for 30 mins (165kcal)
As you can see... I didn't eat healthy today cuz those are the only food available at home plus Im still used to eating unhealthy because of exams before...
