Life Style ChangeI was fasting yesterday and here's what I ate..
Breakfast (5.20a.m):
Maggi goreng mamak (598 kcal)
Chipsmore less sweet 3 pieces (153 kcal)
Dinner (7.30p.m.):
1/4 plate White long grain rice (103 kcal)
1/2 fried grade B egg (110 kcal)
1/2 plate kangkung (192 kcal)
Midnight snack:
Chipsmore less sweet (612 kcal)
Total: 1,768 kcal
Made a mistake by eating those cookies...
