Hello people!
Life Style ChangeSo this is my first official post here. So I'm sorry that what I'm eating is still... not that nutritional. XD
Breakfast: 7.00 a.m.
Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds cereal.
Snack: 11.00 a.m.
Bread and one hard boiled egg.
Lunch: 3.00 p.m.
Rice 1/4 of my plate, fish the other 1/4 of the plate and half of the plate are vegetables.
Snack: 6.00 p.m.
Eating peanuts. XD
Dinner: 8.30 p.m.
Shake from Herbalife. :3
And then I drank about 2-3 litres of plain water the whole day.
Exercise: An hour and a half walk around the neighbourhood. (This year is one of my most busiest years which since I have to stayback at school till 5.00 p.m from Monday to Thursday and I don't have that much time to exercise. -.-)
