"Unnie!" A voice called in the cafeteria. Hyoyeon looked up and waved at Seohyun who came running with a friend. "Unnie, mind if we join you two here?" she smiled at Yuri, who smiled back friendly.

The two had come to the cafeteria to have lunch when they saw Hyoyeon's sister running towards them.

"Not at all," Hyoyeon said and shifted to make room for the two. "Unnie, this is Taeyeon. I told you about her remember?"

"Nae," Hyoyeon said wiping with a napkin. "Hi Taeyeon! Take care of my sister, nae?" Taeyeon laughed and nodded. "Hyounnie," Seohyun said turning away and punching her sister playfully.

"You two are one year younger than us right?" Yuri said grinning. "I'm Yuri, Hyoyeon's best friend by the way." 

Across the cafeteria, Chanyeol stared at Seohyun looking like he was lost in space. "Hey, Chanyeol, you alright?" Chen poked Chanyeol in the arm.

"Huh? Oh yeah, um, I'm okay," Chanyeol muttered.

"Were you looking at someone?" Chen asked him.

"No no one...Hey, let's go to that table. That girl, her name's Seohyun, she sings really well," 

Despite his protests, Luhan was dragged along by Chanyeol and Chen to the girls' table. "Hey, mind if we join you?"

Seohyun turned red when she saw Chanyeol and Hyoyeon noticed it. *Ahh is it my sister likes this boy, Chanyeol?* she thought to herself. "Yeah sure, " Hyoyeon said. Yuri raised her eyebrows at Hyoyeon, and Hyoyeon slyly pointed at Seohyun. yuri saw that she had turned red and pink and grinned to herself.

The boys sat down and Luhan, who couldn't help but turn serious and redden, seated himself in between his two friends. They chatted for a while until the subject changed to Luhan and Hyoyeon being neighbors.

"What? You two are neighbors? You didn't even tell us!" Chen said his eyes wide.

"Is it really necessary?" Luhan said with an annoyed expression on his face.

"Well, we need to go for class. Bye girls. Bye Seohyun,"

"What? You think Seohyun likes Chanyeol?" Yuri said dramatically. Hyoyeon grinned and nodded. "It seems that way. Anyways you seem close to him. Are you friends?"

"Believe it or not, he's my annoying younger brother," Yuri said rolling her eyes. "But Seohyun seems a good pair for him, especailly since it seems that both of them like each other,"

"Ah..so he's your brother...no wonder you two seem similar-looking,"

"Umm..Hyoyeon, I have something to say..."

"What?"

"I signed you up for dance audition..."

"What? B-but I can't dance..." Hyoyeon said fidgeting with her hair.

"No, you can! I saw you dance that time...you're so good! Even better than that Tiffany,"

"But I don't feel confident in front of many people..It get's so awkard,"

"You can do it. I'm sure you can. You dance amazingly!" 

Hyoyeon smiled and hugged Yuri tightly. "Thanks so much! You're such a great friend. I'll go and try. And you're going for singing audition, right?"

"Yep," Yuri said. "Yessss" the both of them laughed at Yuri's "yes" like she was singing.


Hyoyeon's POV

Yuri signed me up for dancing audition and even though I was nervous, I decided to practice for it. The auditorium was empty so I went in hoping no one was looking. Then I started dancing to one of my favorite songs. I didn't realize Luhan was in until...

"That was great,"

Even though his voice was soft, it scared me out of my wits. "L-Luhan?" I shuttered. "You were here and saw me dancing..?"

He nodded. "I came in to take some papers when I saw you. Sorry if I came without asking,"

"No problem. I mean it's not mine you know. Anyone can come in," I smiled at him.

He was quiet for a second then he looked up. "Um, mind if I ask if you could dance with me?"

"Me..? Um I don't know..I'm not so good. I might mess up.."

"Huh? Oh yeah, it's okay," he turned to leave but I stopped him and grinned. "Well, since you asked, it wouldn't hurt right?" His eyes grew wide. "So you accept?" I nodded and switched on a song I think he would be comfortable dancing with. For the next half an hour we only danced. At first, we both were awkard but we soon went into the music and danced our hearts out.

"Hyoyeon! Where were you last period? You didn't turn up for class," Yuri said running to Hyoyeon.

"Nae, I know..I was practicing dancing..I guess I didn't hear the bell ring," I replied.

Yuri giggled. "Well, it's good you were practicing. It'll be so awesome if you get it. I'll be rooting for you!"

Yuri left and went home. I was walking alone when I heard someone's footsteps behind me. I grinned widely to myself , because I knew exactly who it was.

"Luhan!"

The footsteps stopped. I turned around to see Luhan staring at me looking shocked.

"How did you know it was me?" he asked me.

"I came to recognize your footsteps," I told him. "Are you going home?"

"Yeah...but no one's home yet,"

"Do you want to come over? I can make a snack."

He raised her eyebrows. "What, me come over?"

"Yeah. Seohyun or appa are not home yet,"

"Um..well, okay I guess..."

"Great!" I pulled Luhan by the hand all the way home.

I had finished having a snack with Luhan and was washing the dishes, when he appeared in the door of the kitchen.

"Do you want any help with that?" he asked me.

"Nah, it's okay," I replied.

"Are you sure? I can help you if you want."

"Nope, It's okay. I'm fine,"

He raised his eyebrows.

"I'm fine, I'm fine," I replied not looking up.

"Okay." he said and was about to go when I couldn't help but soak him with the soapy water. He stopped dead in his tracks and turned around. "Aish, you again..." he smiled and soaked my hair with soap and water. I screamed and didn't miss a chance to do the same to him. At the end we ended up laughing and soaking wet.

"Haha, look at you, you've got a soap beard," I said jokingly to Luhan.

Luhan at once tried to find the beard but couldn't and i ended up laughing like a maniac.

"You're really childish, you know," he said wiping the soapy water off his nose.

"Do you want to go shopping? I need to buy some vegetables,"

"What me? How can I help you?"

"You can carry stuff" I giggled. "Come on let's go!" I grabbed his hands.

Luhan's POV

I can feel my heart beating at a faster rate, whenever she holds my hand. Why do I feel like this? Is this some sort of feeling I have for her?

I came zooming back to earth as I saw Hyoyeon racing along with me. I tried to catch up, but she already was a head ahead of me and she was quite fast in runnng.

In the shop, Hyoyeon brought the cart and looked at me. "Luhan, I'll sit here. You push me, okay?"

"That's so childish," I said looking away.

"Aw..Luhan come on!" she grabbed my hand again and I couldn't do anything except do what she said. I pushed her around and she squealed like a small kid everytime I turned fast into a turning.

"Ahh!! Luhan! Stop!" she squealed.

I laughed and pushed her even faster. Somehow, spending time with her was something I couldn't help but enjoy to the fullest.
