"Well, I don't care what you think." I glared at Kai and picked up Moka as she my cheek. I smiled at her. "You're such a good puppy." I said in a baby voice and then pecked her head.   "You're ridiculous with that dog!" Kai says.   I glare at him again, "You're just jealous because my puppy doesn't love you." I snap back. He looks at me weirdly. "See. I knew it."    "Why can't you just go with me?" Kai asks, referring to our earlier discussion.    "Because I'm not going back to socialize with stuck up people, I mean, I already have to deal with you all freakin' day." I say. He rolls his eyes.   "Hyuna, you have to come with me! You're my 'wife' now." He says. "You can't just not show up for events, they'll think you're lazy and you'll see a bad impression of yourself."    "I just don't want to go, okay?" I snap and then walk away, hearing Kai groan in frustration. I go to the small place I call my library and I set Moka beside me on the couch. I pull out the book of New York. I sigh. I really need to go there.    "What can I do that'll make you go with me?" Kai pleads. He needed me to go because apparently wives are suppose to always be there for events. I guess that's true because all of the rich men are always accompanied by their wives, girlfriends, or fiancés. I sigh and ignore him. "How about a trip..." He says. "If you go with me, I'll take you on a trip."   "No." I disagree. "I don't want to go on a trip with you."   "To New York." He says and I freeze. It's my chance. Right there is my chance. I take a deep breath. For New York. It'll all be for New York. I then nod.   "Fine," I sigh. "I'll go with you to the party but you HAVE to take me to New York." He nods. "Okay." I say. "But what about Moka?"   "What about her?" He asks.    "Who will take care of her?" I ask.    "We'll just drop her off at my parents." He says. "Jihyun and Gayoon will take care of her."
