Ahhh, what to do?! I don't really want to let them see me...
Victoria and I exchanged glances then started wolfing down the rice cakes as fast as possible, wanting to hurry and leave.

"Yeah, and then I made her my slave"

"Hyung! You should be nicer to people..."

Aw man, they are talking about me. Aish, this is so embarrassing. I really hope they don't see me.

"Soojin? Is that you?" I heard a voice say.

"Um... no?" I replied, trying to hide my face.

"Are you sure...?" he said again while laughing.

I slowly lifted my head up to find all five boys staring at me.

"SOOJIN-SSI?" Taemin exclaimed.

"Oh slave, you're here too." Jonghyun casually said.

"You guys know each other?!" I asked.

"We're brothers." Taemin smiled.

Brothers? But they have different surnames.

"FROM ANOTHA MOTHAAAAAA" shouted one of the other boys.

Taemin laughed along and playfully punched Jonghyun in the shoulder.

"Anyways, how do you and Jonghyun know each other then?" Taemin curiously asked.

"I'm his slave. T__T"

"Ah... I see." Taemin replied. He didn't seem too surprised.

"Well, you should meet the rest of our "family"," Taemin winked.

"This is Key, Onew, and Minho. Guys, this is Park Soojin."

"You know... that outfit really doesn't match you. You'd be better off with something more stylish." Key said.

I looked down at my own outfit but felt confused. This was my school uniform! What else could I wear?

"Do your parents happen to own a chicken shop by any chance?" Onew asked.

Chicken?

"No..." I replied. What kind of question was that?!

"Want to go running together sometime?" Minho asked kindly.

"Oh, I'm not really much of a runner..."

Minho frowned and turned his head.

"Slave, pay for our meal."

I turned my head towards Jonghyun and glared at him. I pulled out my wallet and ped it. Empty, except for a couple coins that wouldn't be able to do much. I stuck my hands into my pockets to see if I had any hidden money, but there was none.

"Can't. No money."

"Make Victoria pay it then." he casually said. Didn't he feel awkward acting like that towards her?

I looked over at Victoria who didn't want to pay either. We both sighed and took out our wallets again. Victoria payed for most of it, while I payed all I could with my coins.

"Sorry unnie, I'll pay you the rest of it next time okay?" I smiled.

"Oh no, its fine! What are friends for anyways? Besides, you payed for the rice cakes!" she said as she looked down at her watch. "Oh, I gotta go, see you tomorrow!"

I waved after her and looked down at my watch. 8:00?! Were we there for that long? I looked up at the sky and saw that it was getting dark. I quickly started my walk home and after about fifteen minutes of straight walking, I finally got on the street my house was on, however it would take a couple more minutes as my house was the very last house.

About halfway, I started to notice these two drunk guys walking towards me...

Okay Soojin. Just ignore them! Don't look at them, don't make eyecontact!

I started to walk normally until...

"YAH YOUU...WANT...TO HAVE..SOME..F..FUN..TONIGHT?!" one of the drunk guys shouted towards me. Ah what to do?! For some reason, my feet just froze. I couldn't move, and they started to come closer and closer.

"Please don't touch me." I replied, trying to sound calm.

"WHY NOT? OH YOU'RE SO CUTE WHEN YOUR SCARED..." the other one said.

I quietly whimpered and started backing away.

Suddenly, I felt someone put there arms around me.

"Honey, where have you been? I've been looking all over the place for you." said a strange voice.

I looked up to find it was... JONGHYUN?

The drunk guys saw Jonghyun and started to back away from us.

Jonghyun finally let go after the guys were out of sight and faced his back towards me without saying anything.

"Thanks..." I mumbled after a while.

"A master's gotta take care of their slave right?" he turned around and laughed.

Wow... that was the first time I'd ever seen him laugh. He actually liked... nice when he laughed.

"How did you find me here?" I asked curiously.

"I wasn't looking for you stupid. I live on this street."

"Oh, which house?"

"What, you gonna come and stalk me?" he teased.

"WHAT? NO. Just curious, that's all." I replied.

"701" he finally said.

701? I lived in 702. He was my NEIGHBOR?
