Yonghwa and Tiffany made up the perfect couple that was the envy of the whole school. Both of them excelled in pretty much every aspect of their lives. Seoul Art High School couldn't possibly have a more talented pair even if they tried. However, there was a hidden talent that nobody paid attention to. The flashy couple of Jung Yonghwa and Tiffany Hwang were considered the best of the best and nobody could rival them. Even so, Seohyun was someone that could be up to par with them if she had to. Sadly, her talents were hidden from the rest of the world due to her quiet nature.

Being pretty much a prodigy at music, Yonghwa had no real peers. Sure, there were people that could play well, but he couldn't connect with any of them. He had been told as a child that if he could hear the meaning of someone's music without any words, that person was worthy of his praise. Tiffany was a great singer and dancer, but she was not the person he had been searching for all his years of practicing music. One day while meeting Seohyun, he realizes that she's the person he had been searching for all along. Without knowing, he finds himself attracted to her (not romantically) which leads him to become more involved in her life. Will Seohyun become the person that he was searching for or will she transcend that and become more to him?

Characters

Jung Yonghwa (18): The definition of musician. Music had been his passion and first love since he remembered. Along with his skills came his popularity and many fans. Friendly, caring, charismatic, and confident, there was nobody that could resist his charms. His talents for writing music as well as singing and playing easily earned him the titles his supporters gave him. Even though he tends to be cocky due to all his fame, he is usually a down to earth guy. His girlfriend Tiffany is another reason to instill envy amongst his classmates. His life could pretty much be described as perfect. He had friends, family, he wasn't too bad money-wise, he was handsome, he had fans, and a beautiful girlfriend... However, none of that mattered to him. He appreciated his life, but music was starting to become an empty hobby for him. It's not until he meets the person he had been searching for for so long that he begins to rekindle his passion.

Seo Joohyun (aka Seohyun ) (17): A quiet girl with many hidden charms. She is quiet and shy at school which has lead people to generally ignore her. One would think she was upset about that but she wasn't. She preferred things like that and she would rather keep it that way. Attention was not something she liked, especially because of the burdens she carried. If she allowed herself to make friends, she would only hold them down with those same burdens. When it comes down to it she will drop her shy attitude and pack a serious punch if she has to. While not entirely a loner, she has few friends. That all changes when she meets Jung Yonghwa, the pretty boy that begins to take care of her. WIth Yonghwa by her side she realizes that life is worth living to it's fullest and that she should share what the gods gave her with the rest of the world.

Tiffany Hwang (18): If one were to explain Tiffany Hwang, it wouldn't be possible in less than a thousand words. Pretty, strong, confident, talented, graceful, and much more. While not having the gift of playing instruments like Seohyun and Yonghwa, she uses her body in order to express herself. Originally interested in classical and older dances, but also being talented in pretty much any dance genre, she is considered one of the best dancers in the school. Music is one of her passions, but she loves her boyfriend, Yonghwa equally. A deadly combination of appeal, cuteness, and power, Tiffany is definitely a force to be reckoned with. While she trusts Yonghwa with all her heart, things start to change once she is left behind in the dust by her new rival Seohyun. In order to protect what is hers she is determined to push herself past her limits to surpass anyone who dares challenge her.

Hello there everyone, aceofspades is back with another story. So let me thank you all in advance for taking a look at this story. Hopefully this is the story for you, if not then sorry I can't help you to like it more. If you've read my first two stories, you'll see that i tend to write long chapters for stories that are usually long. However, I'm trying a whole new genre of story to begin with. No more melodrama/serious kind of dramas. Of course there will be serious elements in this story, but none of the super drama found in my last story. Instead of my 30-40 chapters with 5000-7000 words, I will be writing 10-15 chapters that stay around 5000 words. I think it would be best in order for me not to drag it out as I have done in the past.

Since I know I will get some flak if I don't explain something about the plot, I will do so now. This story is inspired by a music video by the Co-Ed subgroup known as 5dolls. It is my take on the MV for "Neo Mariya" known in English as "Your Words" or "It's You." If you have seen this video, you'll probably think this story is predictable or boring. If you haven't seen this video, then I hope I can give you a good source of reading. Either way, if you don't like this story, don't say I didn't warn you. If you read it and don't like it please just keep it to yourself. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean you have to ruin it for others. I would really like you to please NOT spoil any potential elements of the plot in the comments. I know some people have watched the music video and some haven't. For those that havent, try not to watch it or else you'll ruin the story.

BIG WARNING!! This story may be inspired off the music video, but it won't be 100% a copy. I'm not that stupid as to just take it scene for scene. I'll definitely add my twist on it, so don't be too discouraged if you have watched the video. If I hadn't told you that it was inspired by the music video, i bet some people wouldn't have gotten the hints until halfway through the story, so I know it's not THAT bad.

If you're not a fan of things that are based off of stuff, then that's cool, I'll have my second story rolling out in no time. That one won't be based on anything like this one is.
