One day, when Youngjae's still a girl, that is, the two eldest were sitting at the dinner table, munching lifelessly on a bag of chips sprawled in the center of the table as they observe the kids at the couch.

"I told you there's something going on there." Himchan drawls lazily as he puts one chip into his mouth.

Yongguk eyes the two bickering members and furrows his brows. "Maybe."

"But Busan is getting out of hand." Himchan turns to Yongguk and whispers dramatically, "Jongup told me Busan is getting more and more touchy with our Youngjae."

"I talked to Daehyun about it."

"They upped a level from leg touching."

The chip in Yongguk's hand broke before it reached his mouth.

"Would you stop following me around?"

"Hmm?"

"I said," Youngjae cease pouring cereals in the kitchen and elbows Daehyun in the stomach. "Stop following me! And stand away!" 

"Why Youngjae? We're the dynamic duo!"

"Not when you're pressing up against me and breathing down my neck like a ert!" Youngjae growls through clenched teeth and glares daggers into Daehyun who plainly stares back with enchanted eyes.

But he knows Youngjae yelled way too loudly when he hears Himchan shout his name from the living room.

The rest of the day goes on with the maknaes trying to put distancebetween the two vocalists, as ordered by Himchan. Daehyun pouts at the second eldest who merely glares in his way and mumbling things like teenage ert to their leader. Youngjae doesn't care, but he does feel disturbed with the forlorn look Daehyun gives him--her from behind tall Junhong.

Daehyun can't live a day without being close to his best friend who wouldn't admit he's his best friend too so when night comes and everyone is dead tired, when nobody is there to stop him from getting close to his best friend, Daehyun gets into action.

Did he mention that Youngjae smells really girly after shower.

It's good.

", I'm not even not-tired enough to stop him. " himchan grumbles as he strolls into the bedroom. "By the rate this little ert is going, we'll need to set up restrictive orders."

"Or get them contraceptives." Yongguk answers from a lower bunk with a raised eyebrow and Himchan stares back at him with two.

"Well, that works too."

"Youngjae..."

"What?"

"Youngjae..."

"WHAT?!"

"Can I... can I touch you again?"

Daehyun ends off his sentence with a pained groan as he crouches before the kitchen counter, holding his family jewels as he tries not to yell out all the pain in the world.

"ert."

"Youngjae... that... hurts..." Daehyun manages, almost out of breathe as he slides down to the floor, squirming against the cupboard. ", you know how painful it is, don't do that to me!"

" you. You lecher."

"We might as well make use of this opportunity since you're a girl now! We're like the monks of boy groups, we never get laid!"

"The only one allowed to take advantage of this opportunity is me, myself. So back off you disgusting thing!"

"Can I watch?"

"Let's just hope that the make-up is enough to cover up that branding Youngjae put on your face." Himchan mumbles under his breathe carelessly as he adjusts to a comfortable sitting position in their van.

"Branding--" Jongup and Junhong bursts into hushed whispers as they mock Daehyun's bruise over his nosebridge.

"Yah," He starts but ends off pitifully except without a whimper when Youngjae glares at him.

God, weren't they supposed to put people in between him and Daehyun? Why is he sitting beside this idiot today?

They have a schedule arranged weeks ago and it's hard to push it down so everyone just decides that Youngjae would have to wrap up around the chest a bit and press down his voice to his usual boy-voice until they get lucky enough to turn him back. Well, that's not a problem. Not really after Youngjae's stuck as a girl for a period of time.

The real problem is......

Youngjae puts his (her) hand on Daehyun's thigh that is resting against his (her) own and pinches the flesh hard until Daehyun cries out loud in the van and earns everyone's disdainful glare.

"Shut up, Dae."

"It's Youngjae! He pinched me!"

"Are you doing funny things to our Youngjae again?" Himchan narrows both eyes at Daehyun who shrinks into the corner of the seat, scared.

Youngjae hisses into Daehyun's ears, "Stop leaning against me! Or die!"

When they are about to get off the van, Daehyun tries to talk to Youngjae who is stepping out of the vehicle but he forgets one thing--

he casually places his hand on top of Youngjae's thigh which earns him an offended glare and--

"That's the second time... today......."

A punch to the nuts.
