It’s been six years. Six years since Seoul. Since Seung Hyun. Six years ago, you left in haste, panicked and scared. Basically, you left so he could have a future. He was only twenty years old at the time. He was still a child. You, on the other hand, had already lived. You’re a few years his senior; and being in a relationship with him was completely out of the question - beyond the realm of possibility. He’s your dongsaeng, your hoobae. You were careless. That one night, you had a lapse in judgment. It would have caused him a future that he’d just started to achieve.

Six years later, you found yourself in a plane about to land at Incheon Airport. But you were not alone. With you was a beautiful little girl named Haru.

After landing, you proceeded to baggage claim to retrieve your affects. Haru followed you closely, clutching a blue stuffed teddy bear. As you were about to lift your luggage out of the conveyor, another set of hands intercepted yours, and retrieved your luggage for you. You look up, and a familiar handsome face greeted you.

"Jinu oppa!" you exclaimed

"[Your name]-ssi! Welcome back to Seoul!" he said as he met you with a hug. “Is this who I think it is?” he asked as he looked at the child next to you.

"Yes, oppa. This is Haru."

“Annyeong, Haru-ssi! It’s nice to finally meet you!”

Haru looked up at the man, smiled shyly and said, “Annyeonghaseyo, ahjussi.”

Jinu couldn’t help but stare at the beautiful little girl, with the biggest pair of onyx-coloured eyes.  He turned to you and said, “She looks so much like him, [your name].”

"I know, oppa." you acknowledged as you look at your daughter lovingly.

"Hyun Suk hyung will be delighted to see you, and finally meet Haru. She speaks Korean?” Jinu asked

"Neh, oppa. She does. I made sure I spoke Korean with her, as well as English."you confirmed.

A question weighed heavily on your mind however, and you couldn’t help but ask.

"Oppa, does HE know?" you inquired, trying not to sound too edgy, nor eager.

"About Haru?" he wanted to clarify.

"Oh no, oppa. I mean, does he know that I’d moved back to Seoul?" Anxiety slowly crept in and could be faintly heard in your voice. You hadn’t even thought about the possibility that he would know about the little girl. It was a bit overwhelming, to say the least.

"Not that I am aware of." Jinu further explains, “YG hyung hasn’t really said about it to anyone. Well, except to Sean and me. He figured, since you aren’t returning to work at YG, he didn’t find it necessary to tell anyone in the company. Unless, they’d ask.”

"I see."sounding a bit more disappointed but relieved, nonetheless. So, it WAS possible for you to move back to Seoul without anyone knowing, especially Seung Hyun. You didn’t even know how he would react to you being back. He was only twenty years old when you left. He’s now a grown man, who had experienced life, fame and fortune. He could very well be a complete stranger now.

You arrived at the YG Apartments which YG himself had graciously offered for you to live in. The only problem is, Bigbang lived in the same apartment building. The only relief was that Seung Hyun no longer lived there, and hadn’t for the past year. Apparently, he’d bought a villa somewhere in the nicest part of Seoul and he now lived with his parents and his sister there. The irony was that the apartment unit that you’re moving into was the one that Seung Hyun vacated. That made you both happy yet anxious at the same time. However, running into the rest of Bigbang was a different story. It was inevitable that you would run into one, or all of them, living in the same building.

But, at least, running into Seung Hyun in the apartments, was less likely to happen.

Or so you thought.
