Something happened in the past that deeply hurt Soo Jin and made her distrust men. She promised to herself that she would never allow any men to be near her.  For her, they are just creatures that bring sadness and pain. She spend half of her teenage life in an all-girls school, with her best friend, Min Hee, but due to some unexpected happenings she find herself attending Seoul Academy for Arts, a co-ed school.

There is a point in our lives when we hurt so much and eventually, we feel numb. That point where we thought we stopped to have feelings for somebody.  After a while, we resolve to ourselves not to let anyone hurt us in any way. We build our invisible wall and secure the lock of our doors ---to protect us from anyone who might wish to be near us or to get inside us. For a while, we managed to keep the doors of the wall unopened, untouched.

But then fate intervenes and suddenly we’ll realize that the walls we built cannot protect us, rather, they isolate us from the love and happiness that we’re supposed to have and if were brave enough to unlock the door and break the wall, to take the risk---to open our hearts and love once again. It is a frightening choice, but then and there, we wonder, is it worth it to take the risk?
