Surprise #01

Stranger's Love

You don't always have to tell people you love them. You just have to give them no reason to doubt it.

“Is she asleep?” Aleyah tried to pry her eyes open as she felt herself being collected into his strong arms. He covered the blanket over their intertwined body and rubbed her back gently. A lovely smile spread across her beautiful face. Brushing her cheeks on the soft fabrics on his shirt, she snuggled deeper into his chest. His embrace has become her favourite place.

“Yeah she’s asleep.” Sehun whispered softly before planting a kiss on her forehead, “After telling her Cinderella’s love story twice.”

“You spoil our daughter too much my pretty wife.”

“Share the blame Mr Oh. She takes after you for believing in happily ever after.” A similar blissful smile formed on the man’s face with the mention of his 4 year old daughter, the result of Aleyah and his love.

Time flies and it had been 5 years since Aleyah ran into his arms like how he had wished for everyday for the past 2 years when she wasn’t around. That moment he swore to himself he would never let her go again and he never did. He loved her more than before, treasured her more than before and surprised her more than before. And he had also kept his promise he made to himself: to give her a wedding at least ten times more grand than Kai and Solbi had. A year later after her return, they tied the knot in Seoul’s 6-star hotel with blessings from everyone in the industry as well as fans; it was a live broadcast around the world.

When she walked down the aisle in the Victorian white gown that was tailor-made, Sehun swore he was the most fortunate man on this earth. To have her as his wife and to have her to love him everyday till they grow old and die was definitely the best thing that was going to happen to him. To the unhappiness that happened in the past, he took it as a turning point. If they hadn’t happen, Aleyah and him wouldn’t be where they are now.

And on the day of their marriage, he was the happiest man and she was the most blessed woman on this earth.

Soon, the second year of their marriage was accompanied by a piece of good news. Her pregnancy with their first child. He was thrilled, scared and also worried when she broke the news to him. Sehun was confident that he is a good husband but he was unsure of himself being a good father. It was a total different set of responsibilities. Would he be a good role model? Would he bring him or her up well? But his worries were kissed away by Aleyah, his lovely wife. Her gentle voice and comforting words were still ringing clearly in his head till today, “Sehun, if you can love me well. You will be able to love our child too. There’s nothing to worry, we may never be the perfect role model for her but as long as we love her, it’s more than sufficient. Because I’m sure she can feel it too.”

And she was right. When he first heard his daughter’s heart beating through the monitor, felt her first kick through Aleyah’s bloated tummy, and heard her first cry when she came out into this world, he cried. It was tears of happiness, accomplishment and comfort. For his precious daughter, he quit smoking and stopped drinking. He had succeeded in being himself with her words at the Ricalto bridge years ago and he will strive to be the best dad for his daughter.

“You don’t believe in happily ever after?” Sehun asked the lady in his arms. Every night they would cuddle like how when they first got together, leaving no gaps in their body.

“I do.” She replied softly, “After I met you.”

She had never believed in happily ever after. Not even when she was with Kai, the man she had loved for 8 years and the man she used to love with all her heart and soul. But Sehun proved her wrong. He showed her what happily ever after was with his love. He showed her that a peaceful life with him everyday was the road to their fairytale’s ending. And she had never doubted that.

“I love you Aleyah.”

“I love you too Sehun.”

“Mummy, Daddy.” The couple sprang up from the sheets when they heard the familiar voice. A little girl with Aleyah’s hazelnut eyes, jet black hair and Sehun’s sharp nose and thin lips stood at the door, hugging her favourite teddy in her pink unicorn pyjamas.

“Ae Rin-ah.” Sehun stopped Aleyah from getting out of the bed and headed towards his daughter instead.

Oh Ae Rin, the couple’s 4-year old daughter who sleeps in her own room a level above theirs. An additional storey her Daddy built for her in their home because he wanted her to have her own playground. But most importantly, he wanted his alone time with his wife, without the disturbance from his daughter.

“Why are you still up?” He carried her towards their bed and put her in between them. Aleyah caressed her daughter’s cheeks lovingly while Sehun tugged the little girl’s hair behind her ears gently.

“I had a nightmare.” The little girl sobbed.  “And I’m scared.”

“What is the nightmare about? Tell Daddy.” Sehun collect her in his arms and patted her back.

“I.. I dreamt that Daddy and Mummy doesn’t want me anymore after meeting Ae Hyun.”

“Ae Hyun? Who’s Ae Hyun?” Aleyah looked at her husband weirdly, the name doesn’t ring a bell to her in any way.

“Daddy and Mummy’s new son.” She mumbled.

“Ahhh…” Sehun nodded his head, finally understood what his little princes was trying to say.

“Silly girl, there’s no Ae Hyun.” Aleyah smiled at her while she patted her little girl’s back.

“Yeah. Even if there is, Daddy and Mummy would still love you.” Sehun stood up from the bed and slowly walked out of his room towards hers. “Daddy put you to sleep alright?”

“Okay Daddy. I love you.” She kissed his cheeks before looking at her mother and waved goodbye, “I love you too mummy.”

“I love you my babygirl.” Aleyah waved goodbye to her daughter before she sunk herself into the sheets again. Ae Hyun, what a cute name, she thought. Her daughter sure is creative at creating names, like her Daddy.

“She’s finally asleep.” Sehun crawled back into their bed once again and laid beside her, observing the lady’s features with his soft gaze.

“She must be tired after all that crying.” Aleyah reached up and grazed her husband’s cheeks with her thumb, “You should sleep too. Your photoshoot is at 9 tomorrow.”

“Goodnight Sehun.” With that she closed her eyes and snuggled deeper into her pillow.

“But.. it’s still early.” The man whined as he flipped her over so he was under him. The only way he could hug her better.

“It’s not early, it’s almost 1 Sehun.”

“But it’s only 1…” He whispered into her ears, “Don’t you think we should do something else?”

“Like?” The lady replied him without opening her eyes.

“Something like this.” Sehun pressed his lips on a spot beneath her earlobes and started nibbling them as his hot breadth tickled her sensitive spot causing her to gasp immediately.

“Sehun…” She pushed him away playfully with a light chuckle, “We are not doing that…”

“Why not?” He didn’t stop but instead his lips trailed lower.

“Because Ae Rin’s nightmare would come true if we do that.”

Propping himself up with his left hand, he pouted cutely at her. “I can’t help it if my daughter’s nightmare is my needs alright?”

“I mean, what’s wrong with Ae Hyun? He would be cute.” He continued.

“I didn’t say he wouldn’t be. You are just so mean Sehun. Ae Rin will hate you.” The lady .

“Let her.” He bent down and claimed her cherry lips, his hands fumbling with her nightgown’s opening.

“I’m sure Ae Hyun will love me for bringing him into this world and be in this wonderful family.”

******

Surprise! I just felt like writing this after watching Miracles of December.

Sehun was holding a bouquet of flowers, riding a bike and it just suits SL so so much. And I really miss SehunXAleyah here so I just have to write this.

Guess what? After writing this chapter, it just make me itch to write a scene for this two since I didn't mention them doing it in the story. Should I?

Enjoy~

P.S: I love Sehun and his shaved side hair. He looks god damn hot.

So I decided to re-read this story today and was looking at the comments before doing so. I had noticed that many of you guys are siding on sehun. Am I the only one who's still rooting for the bad guy? I mean sehun is okay, sure. Cheating is never okay, I understand. But Idk man, Im still rooting for aleeyah and kai. She has love him for a long time and when Kai realized it, he was also falling in love with her at the very wrong time. Im sorry im just being emo pls ignore me.
