Investigation

It was  a long moment before Sulli lifted her face from Minho’s shoulder.

Oh no….Minho’s shirt is all wet!

“I’m so sorry…” said Sulli

“It’s ok.” Said Minho smiiling a bit at Sulli

Something warm is penetrating Sullis’ heart.

“Oh, Coffee!” Sulli took the cup beside her. It’s no longer hot.

“I can get a new one for you.”said Minho standing up.

“No…it’s fine…just…stay here.” said Sulli pulling Minho back to sit down.

Minho was speechless for a second…Sulli needs him…

“I...don’t want to be alone right now.” said Sulli

Minho nodded.

Sulli took a sip of the coffee

Hmm…

“Macchiato.” Said Sulli

“Yeah.” Said Minho.

Sulli looked at the cup and it has a note

‘It’s Mr. Coffee…not Ms. Coffee’

Sulli’s eyes narrowed.

“You…are Mr. Coffee?” asked Sulli with shock in her voice.

Minho chuckled.

“Yeah.”

Sulli tried to look away shy suddenly. Did he…watch over her that night?

“You don’t like macchiato anymore?” asked Minho

“Umm…I just don’t drink it as much as I did in the past.” Said Sulli

“Because you hate the memory it gives you?” asked Minho

Sulli shook her head.

“Umm…7 years ago…someone said he only drinks Americano…So I got curious on Café Americano…and then I tried it…and I never stopped drinking it since then.” Said Sulli

Americano…7 years ago…Minho only drinks Americano…

Sulli looked at Minho.

“I lied when I said I met my ‘one who got away’ in College…. Because I met him in high school…and I have never fallen in love again since then.” Said Sulli

“Is that a stubborn, mysterious, hard headed…cold but handsome Artist?” asked Minho

Sulli smirked. He knows he’s handsome.

“It was the man who taught me how it is to love and to be hurt in return.” Said Sulli

Minho took a deep breath.

“Can you… give a chance for that man to teach you another thing?” asked Minho

“What thing?” asked Sulli

“How it is to love and to be loved in return.” Said  Minho

Sulli looked at the operating room.

“I said Yes when Chansung asked for a chance.”

“I know…and it doesn’t matter.” Said Minho “I don’t care if I need to face someone else for you.”

“When it’s you…I become afraid…” said Sulli

“Then I will erase those fears away.” Said Minho

Sulli looked at Minho.

“Thank you for coming here, Minho...” said Sulli

Minho felt that aching in his heart…but this time..it’s not of pain but of joy…

Sulli looked at the ceiling.

“Do you think perhaps…Suzy and L has something to do with this?” asked Sulli

“That’s been running in my mind since you told me why you’re Dad suffered an attack.” Said Minho

“Can you help me?” asked Sulli

“I will.” Said Minho.

“Thank you.” Said Sulli

For now…being her helping hand…is enough…

But until when will it be enough…

Minho went to start investigating. He doesn’t need to hire an investigator. He has the best people. Key and Taeyeon are helping him. Of course Kangta doesn’t know they’re doing things outside their assignments.

“While Sulli is taking care fo her parents, we need to do this.” Said Minho

“Good thing Sulli gave us a trusted person inside the company. He was able to give the names of the people who had the access to the plans. Even the slightest exposure to the plan was given to us.” Said Key

“Good.” Said Minho

“We shortlisted them Minho. We have 3 names left…and Suzy is one of them. They had the copy of the plan. The rest only had a glimpse or so. These 3 people had a readily sharable copy of the plan.” Said Taeyeon

“Who are the other 2….I am pretty sure Suzy has something to do with it…but we can’t rule out the other 2.” Said Minho

“The first one is Suzy’s assistant…and the other one is Mr. Arthur Kim.” Said Taeyeon
