“Oh, you’re home.” You remarked as you entered your mansion that night and found your parents in the living room. You kissed them both on the cheek and proceeded to your room. You never were really close to your parents because of their overseas job all the time, so there was no need of talk. But it surprised you when your mom called you.

“Sungchan, how are you these days?” Your mom gave you a smile.

You turned around at the middle of the stairs. “Uh, fine, Mom. Um, I have to sleep. I’m kinda tired.”

Your mom nodded and you went to the room. It’s not that their bad parents and you don’t want to talk to them. You just weren’t that close.
