His eyes...his smile...everything about him is beautiful. His voice, it's so perfect as it vibrates through the air, piercing the atoms in the atmosphere like thunder and lightning. 

 

  My breath hitches as I sit there watching him, he waves, but it's not directed at just me. I wait patiently for my turn; the longer it takes the longer I can admire him from this close. I could do this forever and be happy with life. 

 

   One by one names are written down, five done, one more to go. The one I've been waiting forever for. As I walk up my heart pounds like a million tribal drums beating against my rib cage. I can barely breath, our hands touch, just barely. His warm skin setting my entire body ablaze. 

 

  If only he knew what he does to me. If only I could have been one of those closest to him. 

 

"What's your name?" He spoke. 

 

  My name? I spoke, but my voice sounded distant and monotone compared to his. My cheeks flush as he smiles at me before writing the smooth letters ever so carefully. 

 

  Before my concious could protest the moment was over, but it will forever be stitched into my mind. I walk off the platform and look down at the silver object clutching to my left hand for dear life. It knows it doesn't belong there; I frown slightly, hoping that if I blink it will go away. 

 

  Thank you, Bang Yongguk, for keeping my heart safe, even if you don't know you hold it. I can't be the one to hold yours in return, but I wish well whoever the lucky girl will be. 

 

  As for me...

 

  I have a wedding to attend in the morning. 

 

 I look back once more to see him smiling up at a different girl while asking the same question. 

 

"It's been the greatest honor to have you in my life, even if we only just met.." 

 

 I walk out.  Leaving behind, my heart, where it truly belongs.
