The cold air blew through her hair as she looked at her watch.  It was already 5:25 pm, and she needed to finish this mission before 6 pm.  She looked at the whole scene as she saw her target being escorted to his car.

                  Her target was Kim Bum.  He was a corrupt politician that needed to be dealt with.  In the public’s eye, he was generous and loving, but in reality, he wasn’t.  When there was a hit made on him, Yoona understood why he needed to be killed.  He planned on pushing horrible plans of destruction when he came in power.  He wanted to be a tyrant and abuse his power for his only good.

                  Yoona began to prepare her equipment—a long-range sniper rifle.  She put the bullets in as she set it up near the ledge of the top of the building that she was on.  She got into position and looked into the gun’s scope.  She was about to pull the trigger until she saw a foreign object moving.  She looked up at the building opposite from her and saw that a figure was about to make a shot at the same target.

                  “This can’t be happening,” Yoona murmured to herself.

                  She tapped a button on her earpiece that brought her direct communication from the headquarters to her. 

                  “What’s up, Yoona?” she heard a familiar voice.

                  In her agency, there was a talented group of people that weren’t considered to be assassins.  They created the equipment and generated the latest forms of technology.  They were the analysts that worked behind the scenes.

                  “Sunny, you didn’t tell me that there’s someone else on my mission!” she exclaimed.

                  “There is?” Sunny asked in surprise, “I wasn’t informed.  I will ask the boss what to do.”

                  Yoona waited for about 30 seconds as she carefully watched the figure across from her.  Yoona crouched down as she glared at the woman that was trying to set up her sniper gun. 

                  “Abort the mission,” Sunny then commanded, “We just found out that the assassin you see is from another firm.  She’s been given the same mission as you.  Abort the mission of assassinating Kim Bum, but don’t let that agent accomplish the assassination.  Her codename is CL, and she comes from the YG firm.  Stop her.”

                  “My pleasure,” Yoona smirked. 

                  Yoona tapped the button on her earpiece again as she ended the call with Sunny.  Yoona unassembled her gun and put on her mask that covered her eyes and nose.  What she cherished the most was her privacy and hidden identity.  The last thing she wanted was for other assassins to know who she truly was.

                  She stood by the ledge and looked at the clothing line that connected the buildings together.  She took her bracelet out and pushed a button on it.  The bracelet them transformed into a gadget that looked like a boomerang.  She used it to slide down the rope to the other side.

                  By the time she reached the other side, she kicked her legs out so that a loud noise was made when she broke the glass to the window.  Kim Bum’s bodyguards heard the crashing sound and immediately huddled him into the car and drove off.               

                  Yoona entered the room to see CL in a panic.  She was confused as to why there was another assassin on the job.  Yoona tilted her head as CL stood up quickly.  CL had long blonde hair in a high ponytail.  Her nose and lips were covered with a mask, but Yoona saw that her eyes were defined. 

                  “You took my mission,” Yoona called out.

                  “You know for sure that whoever wins is the owner of the mission,” CL spat.

                  Yoona was more experienced than CL in being an agent.  She exceeded CL in years, so Yoona was confident that she was going to win.

                  “And I will be the victor,” CL smiled.

                  Yoona wasn’t surprised to see that CL was the first one to make the first attack.  Both women had aborted the mission.  CL pulled out a small pocketknife and swung at Yoona.  Yoona quickly dodged her attack and blocked all of CL’s punches and kicks.

                  “You are too predictable,” Yoona murmured.

                  CL was trying to land a high kick on Yoona.  Yoona grabbed CL’s leg and returned the favor by giving her a double kick.  Both kicks hit CL in the head knocking her nearly unconscious.  Yoona pulled out her gun from her belt and pointed it at CL.

                  “It seems as if I am the victor,” Yoona said.

                  “Just do it,” CL looked away, “I don’t like seeing you enjoying this, masked angel.”

                  Yoona didn’t look at the windows, but she knew that CL had aid coming for her.  Yoona brushed her fingers through her mask and stood over CL. 

                  “I’m not surprised I have a nickname with you and your people,” Yoona asked.

                  CL knew for a fact why she had been named that by many other assassins.  Yoona always wore a mask when she was out on her mission.  No one knew how she looked like.  The only ones that got a glimpse of her beauty were the victims that she had killed.  All of them stated before they died that she had the face of an angel.

                  Yoona touched her mask again with her free hand as a smirk crept on her face.

                  “The only people who I have showed to face to that is out of my trust are all dead,” Yoona added, “I should reveal myself to you before I kill you.”

                  CL gasped out and expected the worst.  She expected Yoona to remove her mask and then pull the trigger, but she didn’t make any moves.

                  “But I will not.  In less than a minute, another agent will be here, and it will be two versus one.  I know how to pick my battles, and this is not one that is worth winning,” Yoona informed her, “Until next time, CL.  I will be the one to take your life.  Tell Agent TOP hello for me.”

                  Yoona jumped out the window, and CL ran to the window to see where she was.  There was a car waiting for her.  She didn’t even know how she safely landed, but she did.  Her car drove off in a high speed, and then she was gone.  Within a few seconds, another agent appeared in front of CL.  Like how Yoona predicted, TOP was there. 

                  “CL, why was the masked angel here?” TOP asked in his husky voice, “What did she tell you?”

                  Just like CL, he had a mask that covered his nose and lips.  It was a trademark for his firm’s spies.  CL looked a bit shaken as she looked up at her senior agent.  TOP was the best in the agency, and he was the most respected.  He was tall, handsome, and cunning.

                  “She told me to tell you…hello,” CL whispered.

                  Yoona took the pot roast out of the oven as she heard her husband making his way into the house.  She had changed out of her clothes.  Her husband would find it odd to find her in a pair of skintight pants and bulletproof vest.  She was now wearing a pencil skirt, a white blouse, and a pair of black heels.  She looked like she had just gotten out of work.

                  “Hey, honey,” her husband greeted her as soon as he entered their home.

                  Yoona gave a faint smile as she waved at him. 

                  They were the typical married couple.  They lived in a four-bedroom home with three bathrooms.  They had no children, and they had been married for a little over four years.  They hardly argued, and they seemed to get along well, but year after year, the both of them had started to grow bored with the married life. 

Yoona viewed her husband as a very simple man.  He was a physicist, and he was very intelligent.  In fact, he even had his doctorates in physics.  To her, he was the most handsome man she had ever met.  He was a good man, but Yoona felt like everything was a routine for the both of them.  She had lost excitement in their marriage.

                  Seunghyun, on the other hand, loved his wife dearly.  In his eyes, she was also a simple woman.  She was the chief accountant for a big hotel company, and she was exceptionally intelligent.  He used to for being a human calculator.  Yoona took good care of him, but he also lost interest in the marriage.  There was no longer anything interesting to talk about. 

                  The two were staring at each other across the dinner table.  He ate his pot roast slowly as she sliced through the meat on her plate.  She was really good at cooking, but because of her mission, she had to buy a precooked one and toss it in the oven.  She played it off that she had cooked it out of scratch.

                  “How was your day, honey?” Yoona finally asked.

                  “It was good,” he told her.

                  The two ate in silence for the rest of the dinner.  They both wished that they could tell their spouse what had really happened in their day, but because they were both assassins, they had to keep it as a secret.  It was a secret that could change both of their lives too drastically.  If it was revealed, all hell would break loose.

Author's Note:  So, Mr. & Mrs. Choi won the poll!  I was planning on starting this after my semester ended, but I really did miss writing stories for this couple! :)  For those who wanted How I Met Your Mother, don't worry because I'm really considering writing it after I finish this story.
