Mika (Park Shin Hye) is a poor orphan girl who lives on the outskirts of town. Her mother is dead and her father had been remarried to a mean step mother who hates her because of her beauty. Mika’s only friend is a Chinese girl who moved there recently name Xiao Bao (Barbie Xu). Mika has this sickness that only her and her dad knows about it. This sickness has been haunting her for months now. Soon there is two new boys named Jiro (Jung Yung Hwa) and Mong Ryong (G-dragon) who moved to their new school.   Without realizing it Mong Ryong found Mika lying on the ground in a park and helped her home.  Mong Ryong founded out that Mika was having this weird sickness and decide to help cover up for her.  Soon Mong Ryong started having these feelings for her but in Mika's heart she likes Jiro alot.  But no one knows that Jiro also is developing feelings for Mika.  Soon letters started appearing in Mika’s locker. Always ending in anonymous and always complimenting her. Who is writing it? Who is it from? Will she ever have the chance to meet that special person?
