'He what?!' Taeyeon shrieked.

I winced at Taeyeon's loud voice. I continued to play with my pasta; twirling it with a fork in hand. The others looked at me in pity.

'Taeyeon, calm down' Sooyoung sighed.

Taeyeon fumed angrily and gripped the spoon hard in her fist.

'What a !' Taeyeon screamed; causing a few people to glance at Taeyeon.
Jessica nudged Taeyeon in the ribs and pulled the spoon out of her hands.

'Taeyeon, stop it. People are staring' Jessica frowned.

'Well let them stare!' Taeyeon growled.

All of a sudden, she turned around glaring at the people passing by.

'What are you looking at?! Huh?! want a piece of me?!' Taeyeon screeched.

People quickly walked away; muttering about how weird that screaming person is.

'Taeyeon, sit down!' Sooyoung snapped.

Taeyeon reluctantly sat down on her seat and began eating her pudding. Jessica rolled her eyes and drummed her fingers on the table. Jessica cautiously looked at me and flicked a piece of corn at my direction. I looked up and blinked in confusion.

'What?' I asked.

'You know you brought it upon yourself' Jessica bluntly spoke.

'Jessica, don't say that!' Sooyoung hissed.

'It's true though, if she told him earlier none of this would have happened' Jessica shrugged.

'True..It was quite dumb to do it on April Fools day. ' Sooyoung nodded.

'I don't know what she was thinking' Taeyeon chipped in.

I scowled at my friends talking about me as if i wasn't there. I slammed my fork down; causing them to flinch.

'I'm right here, you know that right?' I narrowed my eyes.

'Sorry Sunny, but you know it's true..' Jessica said.

'I know..' I muttered as i looked down at my lunch.

I felt someone glomp me from behind into a hug. My friends froze at the sight, but their expression soon turned sour. I gave them a confused look and turned to whoever was hugging me. My eyes widened at the sight.

'Luhan? What are you doing here?' I asked in shock.

Luhan let go of me and tugged at my sleeve; grinning ear to ear.

'Coming to see my best friend~' Luhan smiled.

'You skipped class, didn't you..' I raised my brow.

'Maybe..' Luhan sheepishly said, as he rubbed the back of his head.

I rolled my eyes at him, but realized i was suppose to be mad with him. I coldly turn my back at him

'Well go back to class' I muttered.

Even though my back was turned, i could tell Luhan was hurt with my actions. Luhan tsked and shook his head, he hugged my by the waist and lifted me up onto his shoudler. My friends looked at him in shock. I struggled in his grasp; trying escape and avoid the embarrassment of people whispering about us.

'W-what are you doing?' I stuttered.

'You don't mind if i take her, do you?' Luhan asked

Taeyeon looked at Luhan with a cold expression and turned her gaze someone else. Jessica looked at Luhan with a bored expression and ignored him. Luhan looked taken back at Sunny's friends hostility. Sooyoung threw pieces of corn at both of them. She looked at Luhan with a warming smile.

'Not at all ' Sooyoung grinned.

'thanks' Luhan nodded.

Luhan took me to god knows where... I looked absolutely ridiculous on his shoulder. It looked as if i was a sack of potatoes just hanging there. We didn't say anything for a while, until Luhan broke the silence.

'What's up with you?' Luhan asked.

'You ignored me for the whole day' Luhan continued; seeing as i didn't answer him.

I silently stared ahead; watching my view getting smaller as Luhan walked further away. Suddenly, i was placed down onto a rock. Luhan sat opposite me; giving me one of his puppy dog looks.

'Sunny~ are you mad at me?' Luhan whined.

I looked away to the side; avoiding his look. There was no way i would fall for his trap.

'Sunny~ i know what's wrong' Luhan stated.

I curiously looked at him and raised my eyebrow. I couldn't help but speak.

'You do?' I replied

Luhan grinned at my response, he nodded in the cutest way possible. It reminded me of a small child happily nodding as if the parent asked if they wanted a lollipop.

'You're mad at what i said earlier this morning... about you liking me' Luhan calmly said.

'Yeah. look Luhan i wa-' I sighed in defeat.

'It's okay' Luhan cut me off.

I was a lot more confused now than before. I quizically tilted my head to the right.

'What?' I asked.

Luhan placed a finger to his lips and smiled.

'You were mad that i didn't fall for your April Fools joke, right?' Luhan evaluated

After all this time, he still doesn't realize it. My shoulders deflated in disappointment. I looked down and nodded slightly.

'Yeah..' I said; giving up.

'awww~ Sunny~ you're so cute!' Luhan grinned.

Luhan suddenly embraced me into a hug and patted my head. I froze in shock at his actions.

'Please don't be mad~ i love you~' Luhan pleaded.

I slowly wrapped my arms around Luhan.

'Yeah... i love you too'  I muttered.

I wish you really did love me...


 - Well... i guess i didn't get what i wanted. I couldn't stay mad at Luhan forever... It was pretty much my fault that i HAD to confess on April Fools day. Today's still April 1st by the way. Luhan felt so bad for not falling for my 'joke' that he took me to an amusement park to cheer me up. In the end, he really did cheer me up, i couldn't help but smile and laugh at his silliness.

...I guess i could never stay mad at him.

'Luhan... stop poking my cheeks' I said in annoyance, as i swated his hands away.

Luhan grinned as we entered our apartment. I walked ahead into the living room; throwing the prizes onto the couch. Luhan followed in from behind tossing the keys into a bowl.

'Not my fault your cheeks are so chubby' Luhan teased.

'Did you just call me fat?!' I turned around; feigning anger.

Luhan widened and stepped back, but realized my acting and caught on. He advanced me and placed his fingers to his chin.

'Hmm... Maybe' Luhan grinned.

'How dare you!' i gasped.

I quickly turned around smirking and muttered something under my breath; knowing Luhan had sensitive ears, he caught what i said. He stopped smiling and walked closer to me.

'What did you just call me?' Luhan asked.

I turned around and grinned at him

'Did i affend you? Girl friend?' I smugly said.

Luhan frowned and crossed his arms

'Call me that one more time and you'll be punished' Luhan growled.

If i didn't know Luhan's true character, i would've seen him as straight y and manly. But seeing as i do know him, i knew he wouldn't hurt me.

'awww~ don't be mad Luhan, i was just questioning your gender. Seeing as you do hang around with me a lot' I grinned.

Before i could react, Luhan jumped at me; pushing me onto the couch. My eyes widened as i felt his hands crawl to my waist.

'wait! Luhan not that!' I panicked.

But Luhan ignored me and continued to pin me down by sitting on me. I let out a burst of giggles as i felt him tickle my sides.

'Stop Luhan! no fair!' I managed to let out in between giggles.

'Say you're sorry~' Luhan grinned.

'No!' I replied.

'Say you're sorry! or i'll continue tickling you~' Luhan commanded.

'Nooo!' I wriggled.

Tears were coming out my eyes as i continued to let out laughter. Luhan grinned at my weakness of being ticklish and took advantage of me.

'come one~ i'm waiting to hear those words' Luhan teased.

'GAH! sorry! Sorry!' I gave up.

Luhan reluctantly released my waist and got off me. I felt a wave of relief and clutched my stomach in pain. My cheeks were red from all the laughing and despite him sitting on me... it was pretty awkward.

'Thanks alot Luhan... I nearly died with your weight on me' I complained.

'Anytime~' Luhan grinned as he got up to get something to drink from the fridge.

I played with the necklace Luhan gave me on my 18th birthday. Luhan walked in; noticing my fingers trace the jewelry in my grasp.

'You still have that on?' Luhan asked.

'Of course, it's something special. I never take it off'  I nodded.

'Yeah, it was on your 18th birthday' Luhan smiled

'I know' I sighed as memories came flashing into my mind.

'Hey Sunny, do you like anyone?' Luhan asked out of the blue.

I gave him an odd glance and curiously looked at him.

'What? is this some sort of April Fools joke again?' I asked him skeptically.

Luhan shook his head and sat next to me.

'No, i was just wondering, since your so alone and all... with no boyfriend that is' Luhan smirked.

'Hey! you have no girlfriend either!' I retorted; feeling offended at his words.

I pouted and crossed my arms; turning my body away from him.

'Are you seriously going to do that again?' Luhan chuckled.

'Hmph! you know i'm sensitive about that topic' I complained

'Alright, alright~ i'm sorry~' Luhan apologized.

There was silence in the room for a short while. I felt someone tap me on the shoulder. I turned around and rolled my eyes at Luhan.

'What?' I asked.

I was taken back with the serious look on his face.

'Sunny, i love you.' Luhan proclaimed.

'i know..' I shrugged at him

I stood up and walked towards the kitchen; getting a glass from the counter and filling it with water. Luhan followed me inside with a questioning look on his face.

'Luhan, i know you love me.' I stated.

'Wah? you do?' Luhan asked in confusion.

I nodded at him; taking a sip of water.

'Luhan you say it to me all the time' I rolled my eyes at him.

Luhan realized what i said and shook me.

'No! as in i love you~ i really really love you!' Luhan said.

I looked into Luhan's eyes and shrugged out of his grasp.

'Luhan if you think i'm going to fall into your stupid April Fools joke again, you're wrong' I sighed.

I walked into the living room and the TV, not wanting to hear what Luhan had to say next. I knew he was going to pull that goofy grin of his and nod in agreement. But instead of that, i heard Luhan sigh and walk into his room; shuting the door behind him.
I shrugged at his actions and turned my attention back to the screen.

But my attention wasn't on the TV, it was on the clock besides it. 12:00... 12:01.. I tried to think about what's been going on lately. Luhan's over the top affectionate actions.. His hand briefly touched mine in the lift... Him gazing into my eyes all the time... Him trying to get my attention by poking me.. I soon realized Luhan wasn't joking.

I quickly ran into his room, not caring if he was half from changing.

'Hey~ knock next time!' Luhan complained.

'You...' I couldn't make it out.

Luhan pulled a shirt over him and grinned. He leaned against the wall and crossed him arms.

'Figured it out?' Luhan smirked

'When?'  I asked.

'Hmmm.. when i first bumped into you' Luhan replied.

'But, how?' I gasped.

'I just felt it' Luhan shrugged.

'Then why do you always say we're just best friends!' I raised my voice.

Luhan sighed and sat on his desk; glancing at my expression.

'I didn't want to scare you' He stated.

'But..' I tired to understand.

'Oh come on now. Sunny, i knew you were dense, but not that dense' Luhan rolled his eyes.

'Wah?' I blinked.

'Did you really think i kept bothering you without i reason in high school?' Luhan asked.

'I thought you had no friends' I guessed.

Luhan looked at me hurt.

'Hey!'

'Sorry' I shrugged.

Then i looked at him with confusion.

'and moving my things with you?' i eyed him in suspicion.

'i wanted you by my side' Luhan smiled.

'You could've asked' I frowned.

Luhan hopped off his desk and walked closer to me.

'I know, but it was a lot more fun that way. Your expression at that time was priceless' Luhan teased.

'Are you here to make me feel better or make fun of me again?' I scowled.

Luhan wrapped his arms around my waist.

'Both' He grinned.

I lightly punched him on the shoulder and watched him feign hurt. I slowly wrapped my arms around his neck and placed my head on his chest. I realized something and looked up.

'Wait. so you knew i liked you?' I asked.

Luhan looked at me with a unimpressed expression 'Duh, you're so easy to read'

'Then why did you laugh at me?!' I said in annoyance.

Luhan held me tighter 'Because the man has to confess first'

I looked at him with a blank expression 'That's stupid...'

Luhan grinned 'I know~'

Luhan bent down to kiss me softly on the lips. I could feel my stomach do flips, i practically melted in his arms. I reached up to kiss him once again.

' i love you' He murmured against my lips.

'I know..' I replied.

I guess it was worth it in the end....
