Now, looking back at his past; Luhan realizes that Minseok has been through a lot just because of Luhan.

Luhan one time even mistook Minseok for being Sehun. Minseok’s parents wasn’t home and so wasn’t Minseok, so Luhan had been alone at home and he was scared because Sehun kept on appearing in his mind.

Luhan was standing in the kitchen and making a sandwich, one to himself and one to Minseok, when he heard footsteps walking towards him.

Luhan turned around and spotted Sehun.

“Luhan, what are you doing?” Sehun had an evil smile spread on his lips.

Luhan threw the spoon he was holding on Sehun, but he missed.

“Don’t get any closer” Luhan said, but Sehun continued to walk in a slow pace towards Luhan.

The evil smile on Sehun’s lips got even wider. “Why?”

“P-please, just stop” Luhan said and placed his hands around Sehun’s throat.

There was something strange with touching Sehun this time, before it hadn’t been feeling so real when Luhan touched Sehun. But now it felt like he really was touching skin.

When Sehun began to cough, the image of Sehun changed into Minseok.

Luhan blinked and let go of Minseok, who fell onto the floor. Still coughing and sipping after air

“Minseok… I’m so, so, so sorry” Luhan stammered. He didn’t know what to say or how to act.

Minseok shook his head and stood up. “It’s fine”

Minseok left the kitchen and walked towards his room.

Luhan leaned towards the wall and took a deep sigh.

Luhan was packing bags full of clothes and other things he might need for his trip with Yixing when he heard the door open and close.

He hurried out of the bedroom and spotted Minseok standing in the hall.

Luhan couldn’t believe it; it had gone so long time since he last saw Minseok. He was both happy and surprised to see his old friend.

“Hi” Minseok simply said.

Minseok’s hair and clothes were all wet and he was breathing fast and heavy, almost as if he had been running to Luhan’s apartment. There was also something in Minseok’s face, he looked stressed and panicked.

Luhan nodded and gazed down in to the floor. He had never imagined Minseok to come back to Luhan, not after what happened and at least not act like nothing had happened.

“It’s raining outside” Minseok explained when he saw that Luhan had been studying how wet he was.

Minseok took off his jacket and hung it on a hanger, he also removed his shoes.

Luhan looked up at Minseok. “Oh…”

“Don’t you have a car?” Luhan finally found himself being able to ask Minseok something.

Minseok smiled towards Luhan. “It’s on repairing, something was wrong with the engine”

Minseok walked inside the livingroom but stopped in the door-opening. He had noticed all boxes full of things that Luhan had packed during the noon.

“So it’s true…” Minseok murmured and turned around to look at Luhan. “Are you really leaving?”

Luhan nodded. “Tomorrow morning, with Yixing. I even managed to sell the apartment.”

Luhan was answering questions that Minseok never had asked but Luhan knew that Minseok eventually would ask them.

“I tried to call you but you never picked up” Luhan said. “So I couldn’t tell you…”

The words hit Minseok like a gun; Minseok took a step back as if it would save him from being hit from an imaginary bullet.

“Joonmyeon told me” Minseok said coldly.

Luhan smiled and nodded. He had asked Joonmyeon to tell Minseok about Luhan’s plans since Minseok didn’t pick up when Luhan called.

Minseok walked around in the almost empty living-room, only the couch was still standing there.

“I will… miss you while you’re gone” Minseok said and looked up and straight into Luhan’s big and dark deer-eyes.

“But you will be coming back, right?” Minseok didn’t sound so secure this time when he asked.

Luhan nodded. “Yes, but I don’t know when”

Minseok walked towards Luhan and placed his left hand behind Luhan’s neck. Minseok leaned towards Luhan and their lips met.

Even though the kiss only lasted for a second, this would become the most unforgettable second in Luhan’s entire life. This was his first kiss.

“This was my…” Luhan began to say when their lips parted.

But somehow, he didn’t know how to finish the sentence and instead he bit on his lower lip and he felt how his cheeks blushed up.

Luhan tried his best to avoid eye-contact with Minseok, but he failed.

“Your first kiss?” Minseok asked “That’s okay; it was my first as well”

Luhan’s eyes turned glassy and Minseok embraced him.

“I had to do this before you left” Minseok said and Luhan buried his face in Minseok’s chest.

“I will miss you so much” Luhan whispered.

And it was true. Luhan would miss Minseok the most.

Minseok, his dearest friend.
