석가탄신일 is basically " Buddha's Birthday " while is 부처님 오신 날 " the day when Buddha came "

안녕하세요 is the basic greeting, the simplest way to say "Hello!"
Zico: ah, annyeonghaseyo! /90 degree bow back
Zico returns the greeting (안녕하세요)

이름 = name
뭐예요 = what is
이름이 뭐예요 = what is your name?
Yoona's asking for Zico's name.
Zico: ah, Woo Jiho ibnida. "Zico"rago bul-luh-juseyo~ /grin
우지호 (Woo Jiho) = his name
입니다 (ib-ni-da) = I am. . .
지코 (Zico) = his stage name orz
라고 (rago) = As. . .
불러주세요 (bul-luh-ju-se-yo) = call me . . .
우지호입니다 = I am Woo Jiho.
지코라고 불러주세요 = Please call me Zico.
Zico is sharing his name and a nickname that he wants to be called.

As you can see from within the slash lines, there are actions.
When Koreans are meeting each other for the first time, they are formal, hence the 요s added to the end.
When greeting each other for the first time, face to face, they also bow at 90 degrees.
Bowing symbolizes respect and is a huge part of the culture and traditions in Korea.
Ex: Bowing at weddings, at greetings, etc.
