Chapter 7: Flower Boy Next Door
Kim Hye Ri's POV:
I wake up to the loud sound of pots clanking against each other.
What the hell is that noise?
I lazily turn over and squint at the alarm clock.
4:00
Who the hell wakes up this early?!
I press the pillow over my ears in an failed attempt to block out the noise.
Why are these walls so thin?
Finally after what seems like forever I can't take it anymore.
I get up, put something semi-presentable on and march outside to my neighbors house and begin banging on the door.
Who the hell does this person think they are making such a rukus and annoying everyone?
But no one answers.
I bang on the door again, still no answer.
Open the gosh darn door!
Until a thought occurs to me.
Wait...didn't that boy say that these doors didn't need keys?
I press down the handle on the door, and it opens.

I turn back to the little girl and smile, "Hi, my name is Hye Ri. What's yours?"
The girl stops banging her pots and looks at me again.
"M-M-My n-name is J-J-Jiy-Jiyong." she says smiling up at me, making me feel guilty for being mad at her.
She's just a kid, she doesn't know better.
"Is your brother here?" I ask.
She shakes his head, grabbing a spoon and putting it in .
Oh...
"Do you know where he went?" I ask.
Why would he leave his younger sister home alone?
"B-Baro went t-to w-w-work." Jiyong says, picking up another spoon and it.
Baro? Hmm...So that's his name.
I look at Jiyong, and the pile of food around her.
Has she eaten yet? Her brother came home late last night...Did he even cook for her?
"Are you hungry?" I ask pointing to the spoon, and pile of thrown f
