Several gasps and cries can be heard. The whole room got quiet and the shock plastered on everyones faces even your new found friends. You instantly open your eyes and meet the same expression on another pair of eyes. Your heart rammed inside your chest as the soft plump skin touched yours.

*Kai!* You immediately pushed yourself away from him and ran out from the crowd.

“Nara wait!” D.O called you out and followed you while the three men on stage stayed rooted on the spot. Kai still caught in the moment, while Luhan was beyond annoyed and dragged Zelo out.  Jessica looked appalled from her place as she didn’t expect this to happen.

You continued to run holding your dress up above your ankle. You reached the field side of the school and let your knees weakened on the green pavement. You bawled louder ignoring the fact that you look like a mess.

“Nara, Hey!” D.O enveloped you in a hug. Lay also followed and watched you worriedly behind D.O.

“Shhh... its okay” D.O.started to comfort you. You felt so ashamed,

“I-I’m sorry... Tell him I’m sorry” You croaked out and leaned further on his comfort. You didn’t expect kai will stop you and he was humiliated because of you.

“Tch. That  guy doesn’t care. Believe me he’ll be okay by tomorrow” Lay said.

“But it’ll become awkward for us.” Lay and D.O gave a half hearted chuckled “He’s always awkward so what’s different” D.O answered. You looked up at them with tear stained face. Lay handed his Chanel Handkerchief and passed it to D.O who started wiping your tears. You grew embarrassed and snatched it away from him. “I-I’ll wash it and return it by tomorrow”

“Awww I’m expecting you to keep it love” Lay sweet talked.

The three of you were in a comfortable silence making you wander in your thoughts again replaying the events that happened at the party awhile ago. You released an heavy sigh and stared at the green grass.

“I guess we can’t return to the party now can we?” You looked up to Lay who was staring up at the starry night sky.

“Yeah, his fans will definitely kill you.” D.O cooly said like it was a normal thing that happen. “But ofcourse its not true” He and Lay chuckled. You couldn’t help but pout and refrain yourself from slapping the two joker. But since they save you, you can’t help but be glad.

D.O. stood up and the both of them extend a hand on you. You blushed and accept each hand with a smile.

“Let’s get the lady home” Lay joked in a subordinate tone.

“Sica stop!” Seohyun and Baekhyun followed her. After you and Kai’s kiss scene she literally threw a fit and stomped out of the hallways. She got inside of one of the comfort rooms refraining Baekhyun to follow through.

“I’ll take it from here” Seohyun worriedly said. Baekhyun couldn’t help but nod “If you need me i’ll be here” Seohyun agreed and followed inside taking the following screams coming from her friend.

“Sica calm down!” Seohyun stop her from banging her fist on the marble sinks.

“Ughhh I really hate her!”

“But that’s an accident. You even saw that right?” Seohyun reasoned out. “But the moment she came in this school, in our lives everything is messed up.” Jessica turned to Seohyun with fear. She got her bestfriend by the arm as tears threatened to fall from her eyes, “You won’t leave me huh seohyun? right? You’ll be on my side no matter what?” she sounded to desperate that Seohyun couldn’t help but comfort her.

“O-ofcourse I won’t. You’re my bestfriend remember”

“b-but she’s stealing the boys from us.”

“Sica she don’t. See Baekhyun followed you from here. He cared about you as much as the other do.” Jessica looked up with anger flashed in her eyes.

“You do know who I’m talking about” Jessica got out from Seohyun’s embraced and rolled pieces of tissues and gently dabbed it on her eyes.

“That’s the other thing I’m fearing to lose Seo.” after checking herself she threw the tissue and went out.

THE NEXT DAY

You got up with lesser enthusiasm. Good thing it was weekends meaning no classes. You won’t see everyone and definitely won’t see kai. You got your glasses and slipped it above the bridge of your nose. Your eyes still look puffy because you cried and the irritation from the contact lens.

*buzz*

You look at your phone on the bedside table hesitant to look at the screen. Ofcourse, the latest trend will be the party last night and that’s the last thing you want to remember.

*buzz*

another vibration came up and an unknown number flashed on your screen. You battled in your thoughts if you’d answer the phone but ofcourse the ‘Yes you must’ wins.

“Yoboseoyo?”

“Nana! Its me Chanyeol!” the bright boy virus burst through the phone.

“Dimwit is Nara!” someone from the phone scolded.

“Ah yes is there something I can help you with?” You answered politely.

“Can you come here. D.O. Hyung tested his cooking skills again and he want a comment from a girl!” chanyeol squealed from the other other line.

“Uhhh why can’t you just call for Seohyun or Jessica?” You answered.

“They can’t. Its their girls outing today. Ya know shopping and parlors eeek” he groaned from the other line. You chuckled at his funny actions and asked for the address.

“Blue Cafe? Isn’t this the big cafe shop in gangnam area?” You questioned. *How can D.O cook here if this is a public shop.

“Yeap it is! now come! He won’t let us eat without you in here I’m starving Nina” I was about to correct him when another person corrected him first.

“Ara ara... See you here N”

and with that the line died.

You sighed knowing that you can’t escape from these boys even on a non school day. You took a bath and quickly fixed yourself styling your hair in a curled pony tail style.



“Umma I’m leaving!”

“Where are you going dear? You haven’t eaten breakfast yet” Your umma shouted from the kitchen sink while you started wearing your ankle rubber shoes. “I’m gonna meet my friends. They invited me to eat out.”

You’re older brother Minho snorted while reading the news paper “Great job little sis. But be sure to return in one piece and your *ehem* V-card.”

“OPPA!” “MINHO!”

“Yah! Im just joking” He chuckled. and return reading on the paper “If you need a ride just call me”

Your umma smiled that finally you started making friends. “Arasso. Be careful and return before dinner”

“Yeah I will. Bye Umma, Oppa”



30 minutes passed

“Sorry I’m late” You panted while leaning on the glass door. You remember that it was a public cafe shop meaning there were other customers. But as you look up the shop was empty except for the table at the middle of the shop.

“You’re here! come on sit down. I save a plate for you” D.O wiped his hand on his apron and lead me towards the table. I gulped knowing the boys are here especially Kai. I was seated beside Chen and Tao facing Kris and Lay.

“Uhh so how was your sleep Nara?” Lay plop his elbow on the table and stared at you.  It was uncomfortable since he was referring to the night yesterday and he was unashamed to ask it with Kai here.

“I-uhhh fine, Tired I guess that’s why I deeply asleep last night” Lay and Kris smirked making you rolled your eyes and stared at your fingers.

“How about you Kai?”

*Arghhhh what is he doing?* You stared horrifyingly to Lay who must’ve been enjoying the situation. Kai just stayed silent and continued playing with his phone.

“Aish... such a kill joy”

D.O finally came out with a plate on his hand. His smile was so wide that he must’ve been proud of his work.

“It’s called D’ magnificent!” he beamed and placed the mouth watering food on your table.

“Here he is with the D’ namings again” Suho teased as D.O darted a glare to him.

“Who cares? his dishes are always good” Xiumin muttered with his mouth full spitting some pieces to Chanyeol infront of him.

“Ewww Hyung~ cut it out your disgusting!” He wiped his face and continued eating as well.

You were a bit shy to taste it because it looks to good to be destroyed but D.O was eyeing you so badly that you decided to try the meat first.

“Its delicious” You instantly told him. D.O started jumping like a kid pushing his fist in the air. He looks adorable.

“Well done umma” Chen praised him. D.O looks to proud that he is recognizing himself as the ‘Umma’ of their group.



“Sorry we’re late” The door opened as Sehun entered looking so worn out.  *Ohmygod* You gasp seeing a beaten Luhan behind him.

You and Luhan locked gazes for a second until he turned away with his dark cold eyes.

“Whose the lucky loser huh Luhan?” The boys seems to take it lightly but you were damned worried  that you gripped your chair to stop from checking him.

“But seriously what happened?” Kris seriously asked. Sehun guided the limping Luhan on the seats beside Lay and Chanyeol.

“His brother and his group” Sehun cautiously said.

You were getting confused because they seem to understand Sehun with just those words. *Eh? who is his brother? He have a brother?*

D.O got out of the pantry with a medical kit in hand. “I’ll do it”  You stood up from your chair as the guys stared at you with a suprise expression. Even Luhan who was badly beaten looked at you with shock.

D.O hesitantly gave you the kit but you gave him an assurance and went straight to Luhan.

“Errr... Just take my place for awhile”  Chanyeol offered giving eye contacts to the other boys.

You absentmindedly took his place and started fixing the medicines out of the kit. Luhan look stunned while staring at you wide eyed but you were oblivious to their stares.

“This will sting a bit” You softly told him and dabbed the cotton under his eyes. Luhan winced but you still continued to treat his wounds.

Unknown to you several pairs of eyes watch your every movement. Some were getting annoyed but some were enjoying the moment watching you and both men beside you.

Chanyeol nudged Tao and whispered. “Does she even know kai’s beside her?”


Sometime we win, sometimes we lose; but who knows the tables might turn and experience the two.
