“WHAT?”

Yunho looked at me and said:

“Sit down young master and let me explain what I got so far “

When the hell did I get up? …I calmed myself and sat down then looked at yunho expectantly...yunho said:

“the red dots are humans who have been kidnapped and if I am right they all have a high spiritual level which only us creatures of the darkness can feel while humans cant and that is why there was nothing in common between them when we looked at it from human point of view while the green dots that changmin added are as I suspect are darkness creatures who were also kidnapped for the exact same reason and those would be the outside of the circle and the connection of the dots as you saw ..if I am right those all are from different kinds of darkness creatures with a high level of power …and since we are dealing with the east part of the family I would say they even have west family members included in those green dots and when you look at the center of the this shape it is without a doubt your house young master which means the last sacrifice is you young master and I am guessing this is all to give the power required for the east side of the family to rule the world ..”

Changmin looked down then said:

“It is a smart theory sir yunho but there is something you should know first “
“what is it?”

“The green sacrifices are like you expected contain west family members but they also contains east family members and not just different kinds of darkness creatures but ALL kinds of darkness creatures …also there is this “

Changmin laid another transparent map above the previous two and this time it had orange dots that make the shape of a triangle …

Yunho frowned and looked at changmin who continued:

“this is a map of places for worshiping …they belong to different religions but what is in common between all those places that each one of them had a high level spiritual man of god –if you like – that died and was buried in those grounds …and the cause of death for each one of them was ‘attacked by wild animals’…also those grounds are now guarded by east family members for some reason which drew my attention to mark them and in the end they ended up making a clear triangular shape as you see so I thought it could be related …”

Yunho stared at the map and frowned and when he didn’t say anything I knew it meant he has no idea what is going on but then as I stared at the maps more closely I noticed something so I got up and ran to a box that was laid in the corner of my office then came back with a thick black book …

Yunho said:

“What is it young master?”

I shushed him and started flipping through the pages like a crazy man then I flipped the book for them to see and said:

“I knew I saw that shape somewhere before …this book belonged to my dad and he never allowed me to read it saying it is a dangerous book but when he died I thought there is no harm in reading it but when I tried to read it I was not able to …all I could make out was this shape which drew my attention with its complicity but then now as I took out the book I was able to read the title as ‘gold water’ “

Yunho looked closely at the shape then at the maps and said:

“It fits perfectly …this is the exact shape “

Then he looked at me and said:

“Can you now read the writing in the book?”

I nodded my head and said:

“You can’t?”

Yunho shook his head and looked to the side in though then he said:

“Maybe it has to do with your grandfather’s visit “

I looked at him with a raised eyebrow and he said:

“in his visit here he referred to you as the prince of darkness and made me swear to you as that …maybe in that you became of a high enough statue to be able to read such a book “

“You mean I was recognized by the king of Olgar as the prince and that made me able to read it?”

“Exactly “

Changmin who was fidgeting finally said:

“So umm young master …what does it say?”

I picked up the book and started reading aloud:

“the darkness that was forced to hide for long long ages finally found a window to be what it was destined to be  …gold water will shine through and brings the darkness creatures to light so they can rule all creatures as they are destined to …”

I looked at yunho and he was staring at the map intensely while changmin was looking at me questioningly ..i cleared my throat and said :

“well then there is this drawing and it says how to awaken gold water”

Yunho moved the chess king left and right with the tip of his finger then said :

“this could be more than just a sacrifice…”

“so let me get this straight …you are a maid in the house of kim jaejoong ??”

“I told you for a million time that is my cover job but I was there helping him in his work”

“you worked under a devil ….”

“sarah you are getting on my nerves …its not my fault that you decided not to tell me anything about anything !!”

“and now that you know you are going to leave that job aren’t you ?”

“I told you for now we need to focus on the problem at hand which is the war that is about to happen not my work “

“there is nothing I can do about it ..its all in jaejoong’s hands ..either he marries me and end the war or the war breaks loose and who knows who would come out of it as the victorious party “

“are you insane ? …I told you he wont do that which means the war is going to happen at this rate and in the end one family is going to end the other or worse both will end together not to mention the other creatures that would be stepped on throughout this stupid war !!”

“AND I TOLD YOU ITS ALL IN JAEJOONG’S HANDS !!”

“ Miss sarah “

Sarah and junsu looked to the side to find top standing by the door …sarah said :

“what is it top ?”

“can I talk to you for a minute miss sarah ?”

“go ahead”

“alone”

“you can talk infront of junsu he already knows everything “

Top lifted his head up and said :

“very well …miss sarah another two of our family disappeared without a trace “

Junsu in that moment remembered and said :

“right …whats up with kidnapping humans to their souls ..what the hell sarah !!”

Sarah looked lost between top and junsu then said :

“hold it …what humans ? …*looking at top * another kidnapping case ?”

Top nodded his head then walked closer to her and handed her few papers …junsu said :

“I told you kim jaejoong got involved in this in the first place because he was assigned to look into the kidnapping of some humans and then his grandfather said that you guys were collecting humans to do that taboo thing of human souls in large amounts so you can win the war by gaining more power “

Sarah stood up and said :

“that old man is full of !!! …why would we do that ?? junsu do you believe I would let something like that happen ? ..that I would order something like that ? …and here like you see some of our family members are also being kidnapped !!”

Junsu sat back and said :

“this changes a lot …”

Then he looked at sarah and said :

“you should meet kim jaejoong”

“HUH?”

“please you need to …this smells funny …everything looks weird “

Top bowed and said :

“if I may say this …this is a bad idea …we don’t know what kim jaejoong is hiding we cant just go there and try to talk some sense into him “

Junsu looked at top and said:

“don’t talk about something you don’t get …sarah you know that I know kim jaejoong like the back of my hand and I know what he gets involved in and what he doesn’t and this all looks like some kind of big game that aims at finishing off both families …please sarah lets meet kim jaejoong “

Sarah sat down thinking for a while then said :

“junsu go back to kim jaejoong and explain to him what is going on in our side and ask him for a meeting but that meeting wont be in our house or his …ask him to meet me by the beach at night …he can come with his devil to grantee his safety while I will come with top ..as for the timing I would leave that for him to decide just make sure its soon …”

Junsu nodded and stood up to leave but before he could sarah got up and said :

“also junsu take this with you and give it to him …its information about the kidnapping cases that happened in our family and about the unusual movements we sensed in the darkness world… he might be able to make some sense of it “

Junsu took the file and left the house quickly….top said :

“are you sure its wise to trust this kim jaejoong?”

“I am trusting my brother’s instincts …they never failed him before “

“you trust them enough to bet the whole family’s future on them ?”

Sarah smiled a small smile and said:

 “what do you mean it could be more than just a sacrifice ?”

Yunho looked at jaejoong and said :

“i am not sure yet young master … I need to know more about this gold water and much more about how things are going in the east family “

Yunho then looked at changmin and said :

“changmin I need you to gather information about the east family ..their power ,connections ,mentality ,ways and most importantly about their loyalty …I want to know if they are standing under one or more than one flag ..you get me ?”

Changmin nodded and was about to leave when yunho said :

“and tell yoochun to stick to you while you do your thing …I know you don’t like it but this is extremely dangerous and you do need protection “

Changmin bit his lip then nodded and left …

Jaejoong opened his mouth to speak but yunho lifted a finger up for him to wait a minute then got a small round thing, clicked the button in the middle of it few clicks  then put it back in his pocket and said :

“yes young master?”

“why did you send changmin and yoochun to investigate the east family ? we already sent junsu there “

“junsu is there as a middle ground and a chance of avoiding war …maybe even a way to get few important information but what changmin went to get are the inside information …ones that maybe even sarah doesn’t have “

Jaejoong hummed while tapping his pen on the table then said :

“though I don’t completely understand but I think I get it somehow …and what was that with the round thing ?”

“I contacted heechul asking him to tail and keep me posted on leetuk’s moves “

“I wont ask why for this one …so now what?”

“I would like to ask you a favor young master”

“which is ?”

“read this book to me …I need to know every little thing in it “

Jaejoong sighed and flipped to the first page of the book then started reading to the all too eager devil sitting infront of him …

  When junsu came back to jaejoong’s house he was surprised by how quit the house was …he walked around but didn’t find anyone in the house then he decided to check in jaejoong’s office …he knocked on the door and to his pleasant surprised a firm come in was heard …

He walked into the room and bowed to jaejoong and yunho then stood up and said :

“I am back young master …sir yunho”

Jaejoong who looked pale and tired said:

“welcome back junsu ..how was your meeting with your sister?”

“it was enlightening and confusing in the same time “

“explain”

“after telling my sister about the situation she said that she is ready to marry young master while he has a lover as long as he gives her a child ofcourse knowing young master I told her that you will not agree and we fought abit about it but then she told me some information about young master’s grandfather that young master did not tell me “

“like?”

“young master’s grandfather should have given up the title as king the moment his first son was mature enough but he hid behind young master’s father marrying someone other than the girl he was supposed to from the east family and kept the ruling to himself rather than giving it to the east family then when you young master were old enough to rule he should have given the ruling to you but he ignored that too and said he wont give the ruling to you until you marry my sister which he knows is impossible in this case so in short young master’s grandfather is not letting go of the ruling and stalling even though he should which is a huge part of the reason for this war “

Jaejoong was tapping his pen on the table while yunho was standing by the window looking at jaejoong’s back …jaejoong then said :

“what else ?”

“well I also found out that my sister had no idea about the kidnapping case and that she was not the one who ordered it to be done or had any connection with it …more than that I found out that there were some kidnapping cases happening in the east family too “

Jaejoong threw the pen on the table and said :

“that is interesting …anything else?”

Junsu got closer to the table and handed jaejoong a big file then said :

“my sister told me to give you this... its information about the kidnapping cases that happened in the east family and about the unusual movements that they sensed in the darkness world”

“why is she giving me this?”

“I think it’s a gift to show good will …also she asked to meet you young master”

“meet me ?”

“yes but not at our house or yours young master but at the beach at night …she said you should decide the date and the time but to please make it fast …also that you can bring sir yunho with you and that she would bring top with her …“

“very well junsu I will see about this and tell you my decision soon”

Junsu bowed to jaejoong then said:

“young master I am sorry this is not settled yet so do you mind if I stayed here until the result of your meeting with my sister comes out and we know if there is a war or not …if there was a war I would right away make a decision and either leave or stay but for now young master can I stay here ?”

“yes you may stay here “

“thank you young master …if you excuse me “

Junsu bowed and was about to leave when yunho stopped him and said:

“by the way yoochun is on a mission right now with changmin so don’t panic that he is not here” “a mission sir? Even though he might change sides?”

Yunho smirked and said:

“I know what I am doing little junsu …now go rest in your room or make yourself useful and clean the house abit “

Junsu bowed quickly and left the room …

Jaejoong looked at yunho and said :

“the cards are starting to open one by one but …”

“you don’t like the result “

“I don’t like the ending I am seeing “

Rain was reading through some papers when he gasped looking at the papers …he ran to the storage room and looked in it for few minutes then he came out with an old looking map in his hands …

He put the map carefully on the table and rolled it open then slowly he started checking few things between the map and the papers infront of him …

After few moments of checking rain rolled the map back and put it in a leather container then gathered the papers from his desk and put them in his bag  quickly and like the wind he was out of the store heading to jaejoong’s house while thinking :
