With Christmas over, New Year was approaching far too quickly. Everyday I peered out the window, hoping that the snow was still there, and everyday I was slightly dissappointed by the amount that had melted. I knew now that once New Years was over, my days with Eli were numbered. But, I knew that if the snow was still bad, there would be no flight out, so that’s what I hoped for desperatly. But it had already melted so much, and there were so many days to come now.

Standing in the airport, it all finally kind of hit me. Eli was going back to Korea and I would be starting a new semester in a few days. Everything was back to normal; I could hardly trust myself that anything happened at all. And once he’s gone, it’ll be even harder to believe. We were all standing together to see him off. It was hard for all of us to say goodbye, not knowing when our next meeting would be. Eli went around hugging all of his family, untill he finally came to me. He looked at me and smiled, taking my hands in his,

“Thanks for running into me that day.” I smiled, trying to not cry, knowing that he was leaving.

“Anytime.” I smiled back, although it was abit watery by this point. He pulled me to him and sighed,

“I know it’ll be hard, but we’ll make it work. Don’t worry.” I nodded into his chest and he sighed again, squeezing me tighter against him. I wrapped my arms around him and just reveled in the feeling of being in his arms. Far too soon we had to pull apart. Eli leaned over to grab his bag and sling it over his shoulder. He seemed as though he was about to walk away, before stopping again,

“I almost forgot!” He dropped his bag and rummaged around in it for a few minutes. “Here!” He finally emerged with an envelope and held it out for me. “I got you another Christmas gift. It’s your choice whether to accept it or not.” With that, he gave me one last quick kiss and a shy smile before turning his back on all of us and walking off into the crowd of people. I looked down at the paper then back at his slowly retreating frame. I ripped it open, only to reveal plane tickets. I stared at them in awe. They were to Seoul, South Korea. I looked back up to where he had been moments before,

“Eli!” I called. I saw the hat he was wearing off in the crowd. It froze and I knew he was listening, “I’ll see you soon!” I called. He turned and beamed back at me, waving casually, before turning back around and disappearing for good this time.

“I’ll see you soon.” I repeated, smiling happily to myself.  

And now the snow is gone and I’m back to living in my school dorm. The new semester just started and I’m already drowning under a pile of homework. I decided not to fly out to Seoul just yet; I do have responsibilities you know. So, I decided to save the tickets and applied for a study abroad year in Seoul. Minah also applied, as the other ticket was apparently for her. We were eagerly awaiting our results and they should have been getting in any day now.

“Hyerin! Hyerin! They’re here!~” Minah stampeded through the door and waved around a couple of envelopes while dancing in a circle. I laughed at her as I sat up on the couch,

“Woah, chill. You don’t even know if we got in yet.” She froze and smiled at me sheepishly, “

Actually…” I groaned,

“Minah! We agreed to open them together!” She smiled,

“I know! But it was such a long trip from getting the mail, to here and it was just calling to me and I just really want to go and if its any consolation I opened yours too and you got in too and-” I cut off her ramblings at that,

“Minah! You opened my mail!?”

“I think you’re focusing entirely on the wrong thing in this situation. Did you hear me say WE GOT IN?!” I grabbed the torn envelope from her hands and scanned over it quickly, my breath slowly catching in my throat as I read the words on the page,

“Dear Miss…” Minah was jumping around and screaming everywhere. Once I read through it for a second time, making sure I hadn’t missunderstood, I slowly looked up at her,

“We got it…” I was shocked. Minah grabbed my hands and began dancing around with me. Finally the excitement overrode the shock and I began laughing with her.

I couldn’t wait to go to Korea.

I couldn’t wait to see Eli.

So... I have a few things to say... And it'd be awesome if you'd actually read it... Or at least skimmed. :3

1. This is done. For now. Obviously with the way it ended there is room for a sequel. But I make no promises. If there is to be a sequel it will probably be on hold untill the summer. But I have a couple other stories that I have possibilities for sequels for... But I do really love this story... And I've already kinda writted a beginning at one point... Long ago... so, we shall see.. I think that it has a good chance of happening, especially considering my immense Eli feels at the moment. Speaking of which: I HAVE OFFICIALLY DECIDED THAT ELI IS MY ULTIMATE BIAS!!! Yes. 'Tis official. Eli and Yesung have been battling for years and I finally decided... It was a bitter sweet moment. :'/ But Yesung is my number 2 so its okay. :

2. I don't even remember anymore...

3. Now I remember! DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY ELI STORIES THAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST!?!?!  As I mentioned before, my Eli feels are like djfksfkjsdfg right now, and I can;t find any good stories about him recently... So if you have any Eli/OC fics that you love, I would appreciate if you shared them because I'm dyin' over here. Figuratively of course. So, message me of leave it in a comment and I WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER!!! XD

4. So, this is slightly random and you may just see this and be like, Whatevzzz. I like your stories but I don't care about you that much, which is cool. I get it. But the title I ended up choosing for this chapter reminded me of it: Some friends of mine and I make short films in our (nonexistent) spare time and we recently finished one. We haven;t published it to Youtube or anything yet, but we're going to on the 2nd. So, I'm going to link of the youtube, tumblr, and maybe even facebook of our little production company if any of you are interested in checking our stuff out. :3 It'd mean alot to us. :D
