Not again,
Please, not her
I've lost my parents
I've lost my girlfriend
Now please, God
Don't take her away from me
"Tiffany, how's she?" Hyoyeon snapped me back from my thought
"doctor hasn't come out yet.." i sobbed
"everything will be alright, trust me.." Hyoyeon hugged me
Not long enough, doctor came out from the emergency room and took off his glasses while wiping his sweat.
"patient's family?" doctor asked
"we're her friends, doc.." Taeyeon told him
"parents?" doctor asked again
"she doesn't have parents.." Taeyeon added
"she needs a transfusion, she's losing so much blood. And we no longer have any of blood supplies.." doctor explained
"we should get it in 24 hours, or else she couldn't continue her life.." he added
My blood, Taeyeon's blood, and Hyoyeon's blood.
Our blood didn't match with Yuri's.
I hate if i couldn't do anything.
She has done so many things for me.
And now, i wish i could help her.
Hyoyeon and i were on the way to Mr.Kwon's place. Yeah, what i mean of Mr.Kwon is Yuri's father. I remembered suddenly that Mr.Kwon gave his identity card to me when i helped his son.
And now, i wanted him to help his own daughter by transfusing his blood to Yuri. It's the only way for Yuri to survive.
I knocked the door right after i reached the place, hoping that he was inside. Then not long enough, a man opened the door for us. That's Mr.Kwon
"excuse me, who are you?" Mr.Kwon asked politely
"i'm Tiffany and she's my friend Hyoyeon.." i introduced ourselves
"okay, what bring you here, Ms.Tiffany?" Mr.Kwon questioned
"i need your help, sir.." i said quickly
"my help?" he raised his brow
"yes, i really need your help.." i nodded
"do you remember people who helped your son when he lost?" i added
"uhm, yeah......ooh it's you.." he nodded
"but i think, you're not with her that day.." he pointed at Hyoyeon
"yes i wasn't. But i was with...."
"i was with Yuri, your daughter.." i added
"what?" he raised his brow
"your daughter, Kwon Yuri.." i said clearly
"m-my daughter?" his face was expressionless
"ha ha, i don't have a daughter.." he laughed awkwardly
"you must be joking.." he stated
"i'm not joking, sir. Your daughter, Kwon Yuri. She needs you.."
"she's dying, she needs a transfusion. And the one who can only do that is you, sir.." i added
"no, it's impossible for her to stay alive after that day i.....dumped...her.." he said almost whisper in the last sentence
"please sir, please i need your help.."
"it's okay if you don't want to meet her after this or keep reject her being your child, but at least please save her for once, give her your blood, please.." i pleaded
"because i need her, although you don't need her.." i cried
A long pause..
"alright, i'll do the transfusion. I'll help you.." Mr.Kwon finally said
"but in one condition.." he added
"what is it?" Hyoyeon asked
"don't ever tell her that i help her, i don't want her to reappear in my life someday.."
"thank you for your help, Mr.Kwon.." i bowed
"remember! don't you ever tell her about me.." Mr.Kwon warned
"why do you hate her that much? What does she do?" i raised my voice
"because she's not a boy.." he said simply
His words are hurting me, i don't know why but it hurts knowing that Yuri's father hate her that much.
"it's not her fault she was born to be a girl, it's God who made her as a girl. But what's the matter if she's a girl? She's a good person.." i scolded
"it's a matter for me!! I never expect her to be born!!" he said and then left
I shook my head in disbelief. If Yuri heard it, she must be so sad and would blame herself beacuse she's not a boy.
I headed to Yuri's room and found her layed on the hospital bed lifelessly. She looked so pale, and i just realised that she got skinnier.
I took her palm and held it tightly. I caressed her cheek gently and examined her face. I don't wanna lose this girl.
"wake up soon, Yuri.."
