Yuri POV
My name is Kwon Yuri, and everybody called me Yuri. I have 2 best friends, and the most important thing in my life is our friendship. I love them so much, i love them more than i love myself.
We grew up together and we almost did every single thing together. Since we lived in an orphanage until we lived in an apartment and entered the same college, we are still a good friends.
"hey, Yul.."
Oh, this is one of my bestfriends. Majoring in law, she wanted to be a lawyer in the future. While i'm majoring in photography, because i wanted to be a photographer.
"hey, Soo.."
"are you finish with your lesson? Or there's any other class after this?" she sat beside me
"no, i'm done with my lessons.."
"that's good, let's go home, i'm starving.." she stood up
"okay, but what ab-"
"hey guys.."
Great, i've said that i had 2 best friends, right? So, this is the other one. Majoring in fashion design, she wanted to be a fashion designer in the future.
And she's the one who also filled my heart. I love her more than a friend, i have a crush on her since forever. But, i have no courage to confess.
"hey, Tiff.."
"are you plan to going home?" she asked cutely
"uhm yeah, Sooyoung said that she was starving.." i rubbed the back of my neck
"are you coming with us?" Sooyoung questioned
"sorry i can't have a dinner with you tonight guys. I have to go with Wooyoung.."
Oh, i forgot that Tiffany already had a boyfriend. Yeah, she's straight. That's why i never confessed my feeling towards her. It hurts me a lot when i knew that Wooyoung asked her to be his girlfriend and Tiffany said yes. But, i couldn't be selfish.
"oh okay, just be home soon.." Sooyoung brushed Tiffany's hair playfully
"i will, i should go now. Wooyoung is waiting for me there.." Tiffany smiled
"take care.." i said before she left
"thanks.." she gave me her eyesmile
Tiffany POV
"thanks for tonight, Woo.." i kissed my boyfriend's cheek
"anytime, baby.." she pecked my lips
I quickly entered the apartment right after Wooyoung drove off. I headed to my room and threw my bag onto the bed. I changed my clothes and washed up.
Then i walked to Sooyoung's room and found her slept soundly on her bed. So cute.
I headed to the kitchen but i stopped in the midway, i saw Yuri sat on a bench in the balcony alone. I walked to her and sat next to her immadiately.
"what are you doing?" i rested my head on her shoulder
"nothing, just staring at the sky.." she said in a low tone
I looked up, and stared deeply into her eyes. Her eyes looked sad, i knew that's something wrong, something that bothered her mind.
"what's wrong?" i cupped her face
"what do you mean?" she touched my hand which is currently on her face
"i know there's something bothering you, don't lie please.." i pouted and she sighed
"i... i just... i miss my mom.."
Her mom? She never told me about her family, i only knew that her father dumped her when she was 5 years old. But i didn't know the reason. For 15 years have been together, Yuri had never told me.
Sooyoung said that Yuri didn't want us to be sad too, if she shared about her family. She always kept her feeling by herself.
But now, i won't let her to keep it inside. I want her to share her pain with me like i always do to her and Sooyoung. I want feel it too.
"your mom?" i tilted my head
"yeah, she died when i was 3 years old.." her voice was cracked
She took a deep breath before she continued.
"my father wanted a son, but instead of gave a birth of a baby boy, my mother birthed me. My father was so disappointed and upset at that time. And then my mother died because of cancer, left me and my father alone.." tears slowly down to her face
"my father hit me everyday, blamed me in everything, and always said that i'm an unexpected child. Then, one night he lost in his game of gamble, he was very mad that time. I didn't do anything though, but when he saw me, he kicked me and hit me with his belt suddenly.."
"he then dragged me out from house and let me got frozen in the cold night because that night, the city was soaked by a heavy rain.." she shed her tears
"I wish i were a boy, so my father could accept me to be her child.." she smiled sadly
I hugged her immadiately and cried along with her. How could her dad did that to her? Yuri is a good girl, she didn't deserve it. I didn't say anything, i just tighten my hug to her. And let her cried her heart out until she got tired and fell asleep.
"let out the pain, Yuri. You and Sooyoung are the most important to me. So, Let's be happy together.." i whispered
