Chapter 9

I was walking home with many bags after going shopping with Cho Hee which was really fun. She is like an older sister I never had that's because I really like her. I smiled to myself when I think how clumsy she actually is.

When I passed the house which was next to ours I stopped in front of it. It is or I think was Doojoon's house. For a moment I just stared at it. My smile faded when I remember what happened today.

I came back to my mind when suddenly someone came out of the house. I got too panicked and ran very fast in my own house. When I close the door Oppa poked his head out of the kitchen.

“YAH! LEE ____! YOU'RE LATE! It's ALREADY 10.30PM!!!”

“Mian.”

I went into the kitchen and slumped down on a chair.

“DIDN'T YOU HEAR ME?”

He stood in front of me with his hands on his waist.

“I did and I'm sorry for being late.”

“It's alright but tell me when you're getting late or I'll be worried.”

“OK.”

I sighed and went to my room.

“Aren't you hungry?” Junki shouted after me.

“No, I already ate at the mall.”

I closed my door, changed into my pajamas, put my bags into my closet and fell on my bed.

“*Sigh* What am I going to do? I can't avoid them forever.” I muttered to myself.

Without knowing I fell asleep.

~ The next day ~

Because of the sun which was shining into my room and hit my face I heavily opened my eyes. I groaned and grabbed my cell phone under my pillow to looked at the time.

“6AM...Time to wake up.”

I stood up and took my school uniform from my closet and went into the bathroom. After I showered, brushed my teeth, combed my hair and changed into my school uniform I took my backpack and went down.

I went into the kitchen and looked for Junki but he was nowhere to be seen. So I decided to make breakfast for myself. When I was about to open the refrigerator I saw a note sticking to its door.

“Had to go earlier to work^^ I'm coming back with some old friends at 5PM so clean our house:) Lov U.”

“Forcing me to clean our house and still saying lov u. Such a babo.” I told myself.

After breakfast I went to school. I still had 45 minutes left so I walked around our neighborhood a bit.

~ After 10 minutes ~

Crap. I got lost. I didn't know what to do every street looked the same to me. I walked around helplessly and got tired. I sat down on a bench to rest. Tears started to form in my eyes.

Unfortunately I had never liked to be alone and getting lost because of my past. I cried and put my face into my hands so that no one would recognize me.

“____-ah? Is that you?”

. Someone recognized me. That person ran to me. I looked up and saw Yoseob standing in front of me.

“____-ah? What are you doing here crying?” He asked worriedly.

“Yoseob oppa? I-I wanted t-to walk a-around the n-neigbourhood but g-got lost.” I said sobbing.

“Kwenchana. I'm here.” He said and hugged me.

I didn't expect him to hug me. My body was frozen. Why is he doing that? He only knows me for one day. He released me and stared into my eyes.

“Kaja! I'll walk with you.” He said with a warm smile.

“OK.” I said wiping away the tears on my face and stood up.
