(Narrator's POV)

“Namii-ah!! Minwoo is here already!!!”, your mom shouted from downstairs.

“Wait up!!!”, you said. You were busy fixing your air. You were late, again.

“Hurry up!!!”, your mom said.

“I’m done!!!”, you hurriedly grab your bag and ran downstairs.

“This is the milk, and the sandwich”, your mom gave a carton of milk and a slice of sandwich.

“Thank you, mom”, you grinned.

Your mom had prepared everything since she knew that you’ll be late. She always knows. So, you can eat breakfast while running down the street to the school.

“Bye Nami!! Bye Minwoo!”, your mom waved.

“Bye Mom!!”, you two shouted. Yes, he called your mom ‘Mom’ because the two of you are so close.

“Luckily, you prepared everything faster so we don’t have to run”, Minwoo chuckled.

“I’ll try not to wake up late again”, you grinned. “It’s just that..the alarm didn’t ring!”.

“Whatever, just don’t be late tomorrow”, Minwoo said.

“Hm? Oh tomorrow! It’s my turn to pick you up!”, you said.

“Mmm, don’t be late”,  he flicked your forehead.

“Ouch!”, you touched the aching part.

You two were walking in silent. It’s not awkward, just, enjoy the atmosphere and each other company. Or it’s just the taste of the milk is so good. You looked at Minwoo and you examined his face.

“What?”, Minwoo  said without looking at you.

“You really have to wear that glasses?”, you asked.

“This? Mmm”, he said.

“Let me”, you took off his glasses.

“Y-Yah!”, he said.

“This is…..this is just a normal glasses!! You don’t even need to wear this!”, you said.

“I-it’s just for an excuse!!”, he reached the glasses.

“Excuse? For hiding yourself? Mmmhm I got it”, you said. “Here”.

“Thank you miss”, he said.

“You such a strange boy”, you rolled your eyes.

“Ready?”, you asked Minwoo and he sighed. You held his arms and entered the school. It's became your routine when you reached school. Holding Minwoo's arms and get ready for those disturbance.

“Well…..look who’s here. A queenka and her nerd bestfriend, why don’t the both of you be together?”, Tia smirked.

“Well, Tia, I don’t know but…..I’m not a kind of girl who wears fake eyelashes in her cheeks”, you said and dragged Minwoo.

“What….?”, Tia was dumbfounded. She hurriedly look into the mirror and….yeah her fake eyelashes isn’t stick properly.

“Hey sweetheart”, Sungjae grinned.

“No wonder they are brother and sister”, Minwoo whispered and coughed.

You chuckled. Noticing your hands is till holding Minwoo’s, Sungjae quickly removed it harshly.

“What the..”, you said.

“YOU”, Sungjae grabbed Minwoo by the collar.

“Sungjae stop!”, you said and try to release Minwoo.

“You want to die? Do not touch my girl”, Sungjae said.

“Yook Sungjae”, you said and Sungjae turned to you.

“I’m the one who held him and I’M NOT your girl”, you said.

Sungjae released Minwoo and walked closer to you. “Maybe not now, but later”, he smirked.

“Keep on dreaming”, you said.

“It’s because of this boy?!”, Sungjae grabbed Minwoo’s collar again.

“Let go of him”, you said.

“Okay”, he said. “But in one condition”, he said and you scoffed. “Call me oppa, I’m older than you”.

“What?”, you laughed. “Oppa? Seriously? You are older than me but, there’s nothing in your attitude I could respect”.

“If that’s so?”, he titled his head and you kept silent. “Then maybe I have to train my punch”, he said.

He was about to punch Minwoo but you stop him.

“Okay! Fine!”, you said and he smirked.

“I don’t hear anything”, Sungjae said.

“Oppa, stop it”, you said and Sungjae smirked releasing Minwoo.

“What are you looking at?! Get lost!”, Sungjae said to Minwoo.

Minwoo quickly picked up his bag and ran to his class.

“Minwoo wait!”, you said. You were about to go when Sungjae blocked your way.

“Where are you going? You’ll go with me”, he said.

“But I don’t want to”, you said.

“You have no other choice, except…you want your precious nerdy boy get bruised”, he said.

“Fine”, you clenched your teeth.

“Good, now let’s go”, Sungjae said as he put his arms around your shoulder.

“Let go of it”, you said.

“No way”, he said.

“Oppa, let go of it”, you said.

“Fine”, he said.

The lunch break bell is ringing. You quickly went to Minwoo’s class. You popped your head on the door.

“Minwoo!’’, you called him, Minwoo let out a small smile and approached you.

“I made sushi for today’s lunch. Let’s eat together!”, you said.

“You try a new receipt again?”, he asked.

“Mmmm, let’s try this”, you said.

“But where we should eat?”, he asked.

“That’s right. If we eat on the usual place, those flies will disturb us again”, you said.

“Flies?”, Minwoo chuckled. “Sungjae and his friends?”.

“Who else? Oh! Plus Tia”, you said.

“Then where we should eat?”, he asked again.

“Where……oh! Let’s just go to the auditorium!”, you said.

“Auditorium?!”, he surprised.

“Yeah. There’s no way they could find us! Besides, I’m the owner of the auditorium”, you said.

“Yeah, right”, Minwoo rolled his eyes.

“I mean, I often go there. Almost everyday! And our music teacher, Mrs. Kwon let me come there everytime”, you said.

“Okay, whatever. Let’s just go”, he said.

“Wahh!! This is good!!”, Minwoo said.

“I’m really cool”, you shook your head.

“Nami-ah, can I move into your class?”, he asked.

“What?!”, you said.

“I don’t have a friend in my class. Even someone to talk to. I became confused if we have to work in a group”, Minwoo said.

“It’s okay with me….but, in my class there’s the bully”, you said.

“Tia?”, he asked.

“Yeah, who else?”, you said.

“It’s okay. You’ll be there too right?”, he said.

“Yeah”, you smiled.

“Besides, you can ask me about homework and lessons”, Minwoo said.

“You got the point”, you said nodding your head.

“Good. Then I’ll go the headmaster office after school”, he said.

“You want me to go with you?”, you offered.

“No it’s okay. Besides, you have an appointment with Mrs. Kwon after school right?”, he asked.

“Oh yeah, you right”, you said.

“What’s that about?”, Minwoo asked.

“It’s a secret!”, you grinned.

“Aish really, since when you hide things from me?”, he whined.

“I’ll tell you, but not now”, you smiled sheepishly.

“Okay, alright. So, I’ll come here to get you after school?”, he asked.

“Okay, good”, you said.
