Nichkhun felt the sun ray's warm kiss on his pale skin, which made him wake up. He forces himself up, which is always a challenge since he loves sleeping so much, but today, it feels so much harder than usual. He sighs. He feels so damn restless and groggy, " Did I even get a drop of sleep?" he thought to himself. He rubs his eyes and turns to find Wooyoun's bed empty. He lazily gets up and walks out of the room. He was so busy thinking about yesterday that he didn't even realize the sweet scent in the air. Food. He didn't eat dinner last night, and he was starving. His stomach growled. To his good luck Wooyoung was cooking up something, as he steps into the kitchen, Wooyoung looks at him and gives him the warmest smile possible.

"What are you making?" Nichkhuns asks Wooyoung as he curiously peeks over

"It's a surprise!" Wooyoung screamed cheerfully as he tries to cover what he made. "All I'm telling you is that it's your favorite!" Wooyoung smiled at Khun

Nichkhun couldn't really think of his 'favorite' since he just loves food too much. "Mmmh..." he kept on thinking. Lightbulb.

"It couldn't be, no one knows that c-" Nichkhun was asking but got interruped by Wooyoung

"But I do! Your favorite. Chocolate chip pancakes with nutella, strawberries, and vanilla ice cream!" Wooyoung excitedly said as he reveals the plate like it's some kind of magical item. "Made by yours truly! Come on, sit down!" ordered Wooyoung

The food looks delicious, and because Nichkhun is extra hungry, it looked and smelled even more delicious than usual. The way the ice cream is slowly melting at the right-off-the-stove chocolate chip pancake, the scent of the warm chocolate hazel nut spread on top of it all. "It smells like heaven" He thought as he his lips and he rubs his hands together in excitement as he sits down.

Before he begins to dig in, he closes his eyes and smells it one more time and smiles at Wooyoung pleasantly. Wooyoung smiles back pleased that he seems to be enjoying it. Wooyoung decides to grab himself a plate and eat with Khun. To his surprise, by the time Woo sits down to eat, Nichkhun is already half way done with his food.

"Do you like it?" curiously asked Wooyoung

No words come out from Nichkhun's mouth but just a nod with his head. Wooyoung is happy that he likes it and smiles as he eats slowly... compared to Nichkhun.

By the time Wooyoung is done with his first plate, Nichkhun has had 3 plates and has finished the rest of the pancakes.

"Man, I'm still hungry..." thinks Wooyung as he makes a poutty face and rubs his tumy secretly. "But it's ok, as long as it keeps Nichkhun preocupied and his mind off thing, it's ok." Wooyoung tries to convince himself as hunger tries to take over him.

"Man! That was delicious! I'm so full, thanks so much Wooyoung! You really are a great friend!" said Nichkhun as he pats Wooyoung's back and rubs his full stomach. 

The day was starting good for Nichkhun, and he is happy that his best friend was going through all this trouble to try to help him heal his deep pain from last night. But even though he is showing  happiness at this moment, deep down, he feels a sharp pain in his heart. But then again, we can't blame him, who he though was the love of his life, is now long gone forever. Before he knew it, he is once again extremely sad, and just sits in the couch lookig down. At the sight of this, Wooyoung quickly reacts,

"Hyung hurry up an get ready! We're going out!" screams Wooyoung as he throws a towerl at him.

"Where are we even going? It's 9 in the morning..." whines Khun as he tries to get out of going outside for today

"Out! So hurry up!" yells Wooyoung as he peeks his head out of the bathroom door as he brushes his teeth
