2 weeks later

Hoya's POV
"Hello?" I naswered the phone as I busily looked over the blueprint of the interior of the new resort our company had been busily preparing for. for a couple years now

"WHAT?!" I yelled through the phone

"I'm on my way," I said and and ended the call as I grabbed my blazer and my car keys and left for the construction site

I got out my phone and dialed for Wonho with a growl

"Hello?" I heard a frusterated Wonho answer

"What the man!" I yelled into the phone

"Chill, we can fix this. It's only.."

"Don't give me that , the opening was supposed to be a month from now. If I don't meet the deadline of the opening, investors, sponsors, all gone!" I yelled in exasperation

"I know, I don't know what happened. The building was almost done, we just needed to finish the coating and finalize other things. I don't why or how the building just collapsed."

"Damn it Wonho! I don't need the excuses. My company will lose millions of dollars because of some stupid mistake YOUR in company made!" I yelled

"That's enough!" He yelled back "Scolding, yelling and throwing tantrums aren't going to fix the problem. What's done is done," he said and ended the call

"," I muttered under my breath and sped up trying to get to the construction site faster

MEANWHILE

Wonho's POV

After ending the phone call with Hoya, I immediately called the finance team and discussed with the director of how much money we will lose to pay for the damages and to reconstruct the building and Wonho felt dizzy listening to the amount of money that he'd have to use.

"Then is it not possible to start construction for Donghae's new hospital?" I asked in desperation

"It's not possible until 5 years later,"

"5 YEARS?!" I yelled ,"why would it take so long?"

"Sir, we simply wouldn't have the money for the materials and workers. There is more work and money to be used for the hospital because of the greater size and also you need to discuss with Donghae-ssi about some land violations,"

"Violatons?"

"yes sir, the land they want to use for constructing the new hospital is illegal and if we're caught constructing on illegal grounds it will be impossible to restart the company sir," he explained

"I understand," I simply said and ended the call once again and in despair I dialed Donghae's number

"Hey what's up," my friend greeted TOO happily

"Bad news," once I mentioned bad, the line got queit

"our company can't be in charge of constructing your new hospital," I said breaking the news

"WONHO!" Donghae yelled in horror

I was slowly getting irritated that I kept getting yelled at..it wasn't my fault...

"The building we were constructing for Hoya collapsed today, it's not possible to continue our contract with you Donghae," I explained calmly as I tried hard not to yell back at Donghae

"DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY WE'LL LOSE!" He yelled and I lost my cool

"YOU IN THINK I WANT TO DO THIS. I NEED TO DO WHAT'S BEST FOR MY COMPANY!"  I shouted

"...sorry.."

"Look, we'll have our lawyers meet later in the evening right now but I have to solve the problem with hoya first,"

"Kay, good luck," he encouraged with a heave of sigh released afterwards

"Dear lord, today is hell," I muttered

Later in the evening
"Welcome gentlemen," Wonho greeted as he sat down next to his lawyer

For 20 minutes the four men argued on the agreements of cancelling the contract

in the end, it was Wonho's side that ended up getting the better deal due to the land violations and other little things that will end up hurting Donghae

"Alright, thank you," Donghae said as the two men left

Donghae sank back in his chair and rubbed his temples with three fingers as he could feel a headache coming along

"sir, we need to cancel the big orders we made from Kim's company, we're only wasting money," my lawyer reasoned.

"I understand. Take care of it right away," I ordered as I sighed

"Yes sir," he answered and got up and left to finish some business

I ordered some beer and just started to drink my stress away
